Ordered spicy sauce dishes & got sweet sauce. Called to complain and spoke to lady owner and asked her we live 2 miles away if they can replace it, she rudely refused and said we have to come here and they will use same ingredients and will only replace sauce. I told her we are sitting on dinner table eating and willing to pay delivery charge she said no can do. So I told her we have ordering from your place for last 5 years and will not order again. She said What ever, what ever. and hang up on me. If you wanna be in business & want to keep customers learn customer service not just food. VERY VERY RUDE PEOPLE WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN. GUESS WHAT YOU LOST LOYAL CUSTOMER.

Called and ordered individual lunch orders for 6 people in my office, and the food and service were AWFUL. The chicken was rubbery to the point where I had to question if this was even chicken that I was eating. Also the soup tasted like plastic, and the lids were cracked and broken so the soup had spilled out everywhere in the bag. The woman who answered the phone was very rude, and very hard to understand. I called to complain about the order and the service, the lady I spoke to, didnt even seem to care. Very bad costumer service especially for this area. I would not recommend eating here.

The lady that answers the phone is rude when you cant understand her horrible engrish. Found pieces of plastic bag in my food. I would steer clear of these American hating folks. If I get sick I will be suing these folks.

I found this place to be consistent and good. Its convenient and quick. Nice people. It fits the bill for the style of food that it is... American style Chinese food. Im happy its close by.

The only reason I put 1 star is because theres no zero! - Food have NO taste!!! We ordered the simplest dishes, ALL failed! I truly wonder how they remain in business!
