I just ordered a breakfast bowl from this place and it was gross. I ordered a hash brown,egg, cheese and sausage bowl. It was so saggy and it tasted like i was just eating potatoes. I wish i could up load a picture of the i/2 inch of grease on the bottom. i only ate 1/3 of it then i went to McDonald s to get the taste out of my mouth. I will never order this again. For the most part there food is good. I was just craving a good breakfast bowl and it left me with a bad taste in my mouth....But for the most partfood and service just a bad experience.. The restaurant itself is very nice, spacious, clean and modern. The staff treats you like family and they fall all over themselves to make you happy. The food is always good and in pretty big proportions. I like the Club Sandwich the best but the burgers and the Chef Salad are also excellent. I can never finish the Chef Salad it is so big and meaty. All the breakfast items are good, too.

Love this place! Love the owner the family atmosphere and overall the food is great! If you like BLTs, burgers and wraps- this is the place to go! You can also place your order online and it will be ready! The staff is always friendly and goes above your expectations. It does get packed during lunch times, however the service is still great!

I ordered a tuna sandwich which had 3 strings of hair buried into the tuna. I went back and spoke to the owner Jim who told me he would correct my order when he had a chance. What a shame. I told him to give me a refund and left. I will NEVER return to the Hair Down Alley!

Great food, super fast, and super friendly! The cheif salad is huge, the house ranch dressing is amazing, and the sandwiches are all delicious! P.S. You gotta try the lemon pound cake...yum!
