I live in Bartram Park and had loved this location until today. Had a terrible experience, Pedro was not friendly at all. I ordered a whole chicken which usually (every week i stop by) comes with 4 rolls, he said it did not and I tried to explain that always did in the past, also showes the online menu on my phone, instead He sustained that it didnt and with very bad manner finally gave me the rolls sayind that i really wanted them. Come on Pollo Tropical is just 4 cheap rolls that were already included on my price, why to be so miserable...... sorry but I will rather not to come here anymore.

Usually go to san jose location and never any issues, this time went here in Bartram and service is bad, manager running around trying to find employees because line is empty only cashier is in place thats all. Finally received my order that manager had to chop up. Tasted good but got an upset stomach right after looks like food poisoning. Will never go here again very unprofessional. Reported to health department.

Im not from FL but every time we come here we eat at a Pollo Tropical. We stopped at this one and it was great. The first one I had ever been to with a hostess, waiters, busboy, etc. No tipping allowed. It was very nice, clean and the food was pretty good, as it usually is. With $30 we ate a complete dinner, for 3 adults and 2 kids. They had wi-fi, condiments bar, and free drinks refills. Worth every penny!

Poor lunch drive-thru service- Two females working the window, holding their own conversation- one playing on her phone. On my way back to work, I noticed I did not receive one out of the two items I paid for. One sauce was not closed all of the way and spilled in the bag. When I went to clean up, there was literally ONE napkin available. Will not be returning to this location.

Drove home to see that the order was wrong. The idiot in the drive-thru gave me a funky look when I asked for sauces. The food doesnt taste good without them. He didnt even put them in my bag. Terry, the "manager", didnt give so much as an apology for to me for my huge inconvenience. I eat at Pollo darn near everyday. I should rethink this.

Just moved to the area. I have had pollo tropical in different locations. None of the other were as competent as this one. Employees were nice and was able to help me with all questions. The only thing I dislike is that their specialty dishes are only limited for certain period. I miss the corn fritas and shrimp skewers.

Got the chicken trio with ribs and mojo pork. The chicken was good (fall off the bone tender), the ribs and pork were ok. Two sides: black beans and parcooked cornbread (corn stuffing or something). The beans were great, the corn stuff was meh. The wife and I would go again for chicken and black beans.

The service was excellent, the food came out to my table before we sat down. It was hot and looked good. I will say that something has changed since this location opened and it is not as good as it was. I got the 8 piece wings and they were very fatty, and lacked the flavor that they used to have.

By far one of the better organized of the locations. Very clean and well maintained. Friendly customer service and our order was made without any mistakes. I wish other locations would learn a thing or two from this one. As always, the food is super tasty.

This location is a joke.... Gave them about 3 or 4 tries every time I come they claim they didnt receive my online order or there is another problem... The manager wouldnt even take the time to speak with me... Walked out hungry... Wont be back...

I ordered the family meal from this location. And my chicken was still flying. It had enough feathers to fly away. I will never go to the location again. Not to mention it took 15 mins to get it.
