This latest outpost of the BurgerFi empire is at the entrance to Windermere, next to Isleworth and Bay Hill in the Grove shopping plaza. The weird design of the parking makes finding a space a bit of a puzzle, but it keeps down the traffic, which makes dining outside on the large, covered patio pleasant. I like BurgerFi’s approach to burgers, because they make it easy to assemble your burger from the ground up. My favorite is with bacon, white cheddar, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle relish, ketchup, mustard and mayo. It’s no problem to rattle these off and get exactly what you want. The burgers themselves are fairly small, about the size of a fast food burger, not a gourmet hamburger restaurant’s patty. But that’s fine as far as I’m concerned, because you get all the flavor without so many calories. And the flavor was good, especially the crispy bacon, which was generous. The bun was a bit blah, even though it had been “branded” with the BurgerFi logo. And the meat was definitely well done, which might turn some off, but I don’t mind a well-done burger as long as it’s juicy, which this one was. The accompanying onion rings I ordered where huge, crispy and tasty, but dripping with oil. My companion liked his fries less well. The order was huge, but the variant he ordered was covered with a white sauce that made them slimy. BurgerFi has Coke Freestyle machines, so you can select from hundreds of combinations, which is always fun. You order at the counter, and then the food is delivered to your table using a clever scheme involving restaurant pagers placed on a special mat that must signal the servers which table you’re at. Very neat. If you’re expecting Red Robin or Burger 21, BurgerFi isn’t really in that category, but if you want an excellent fast food burger in a nice environment, it’s a good choice.

I was expecting better. Small burgef, overcooked. Added Bacon, over cooked, super dry. Got the onion ring/ fry combo. Onion rings, all 3 of them, had no flavor, they need a better batter recipe. Fries were so-so. The burger was much smaller than I expected. Asked for Sriracha to try and add flavor to fries and onion rings, they dont carry it. Maybe it was an off night, but I dont think I will return. For half the price I get more and better food at That One Spot up the road. Too bad, had higher hopes for this place. Also the cashier said everything is fresh cooked to order, however my burger came out in under 90 seconds, so i dont think it was cooked to order....

Really great burger joint. The bun is fresh, toasted, and slightly chewy, the cheese is melted over the whole patty and the meat is fresh tasting. Everything is a la carte so the price can add up if you get all they offer. They also offer frozen custard. I had the black and white shake. Delicious. I would question anyones judgement that states a fast food place like wendys or mcdonalds has a better burger. This is more comparable to five guys, just less greasy. 10/10 would fi again.

This was by far one of the best places I have been to. For being in between a actual dine in restaurant and fast food this was absolutely phenomenal. My fiancé came here once and waited a little longer but the manager was so incredibly nice and took care of me like I was at home. Corey the manager we met the second time we came was filled with such positive energy and it made our day. Recommended to everyone, thanks so much!!! Also Erica was stunning as well!

first time dining here and I dont think I will be coming back. Ordered burgerfi and Parmesan fries and the patty was very bland. it had no taste at all. Mcdonald burgers taste better than this. unbelievable presentation. the fries was bigger than the burger itself. Fries wasnt any better, and i was soaking it in ketchup just to cover the taste. Only had 3 bites of the burger and i said to myself im never eating here again.

I really like eating there, and I visit frequently. The atmosphere is good, the restaurant is clean and the staff is very friendly. The food Ive eaten there is very good, especially the fries. The only slight criticism I have of BurgerFi is that the prices are high. My true rating if I could give it would be a 4.5 out of 5 stars.

Burger is just ok - I think the patty could use some flavor. The concept is great, but after going there twice I wont be returning. Second visit I ordered the fries well done since the first time they were limp. They were better this time, but just like the burger, just ok. Nothing to write home about.

Quite possibly one of my favorite places to have a quick burger and a beer or just a quick lunch break. Excellent food with an excellent selection of beers. Fantastic customer service. The location is great. What else is there to say? If you dont visit this burger Fi, youre really missing out.

As far as burgerfis go, this one is top notch. Lots of space for seating, clean, and efficient staff. I wouldnt call it my favorite burger joint in town but they care where they get their meat from and the price tag isnt a sticker shock. Worth the try!

Woooahhh!!! Freaking awesome burger man, and the amount of fries you get with what they call a small is a large is most food chains. I just get two of their burger with small (not so small) fries and a nice beer of the side. Great stuff

Another fantastic Burger from Burger Phi. The double bacon cheeseburger is my favorite. The bacon is very thick and its a really superb burger. Their fries are very good, but the onion rings are out of this world huge and delicious.

My kids and I loved it. Veggie burger is flavorful and moist. Parmesan fries were a big hit. Atmosphere is clean and open industrial modern. Milk shake was thick but maybe not enough flavor for me. Overall well come back.

A decent burger. Their buns tend to be a bit flat, definitely doesnt look like the advertised picture but the meat is good. They make excellent onion rings as well. Order the fry & cry to get onion rings and fries.

Love coming to the burgerfi in windermere, it has everything around it. Theres a lot of shops around. On Friday nights they have movie in the middle of the grass area and its a lot of fun.

Nice restaurant. Has a variety of burgers and you can also make your own burger with different toppings. Place has huge onion rings. Frozen custard is also available.

Definitely a good burger, decent fries and okay onion rings, but maybe just a little pricey for what youre getting. Overall a pretty good spot.
