This one is okay; however, please go to the old version Panda Expresses like in large cities such as Jacksonville or Atlanta because those are the real Pandas. The service and food are almost always on point. Ever since the modern panda express expansions occured in Georgia cities such as Pooler, Statesboro, Savannah and Brunswick those locations have not really been good so far as food nor service. In my opinion, it isnt the real thing. I feel sorry for the ones who had never tasted real Panda before because it is not supposed to be like this. For you never againers, please try the ones in large cities. It is so much better believe me. It tastes like a totally different resturant in a good way. New locations: Not always good. Old locations: Is almost always on point!

I have been here a few times and it is a well managed restaurant. I went there yesterday and they messed my order up but the the Asian lady which I think is the manager went out of her way to make sure I was happy. If I owned a restaurant in would try to hire her to manage it. I know young people around here does not want to work any more. I wish there was more Asian people working there but the Asian manager there goes out of her way to make her customers happy. The manager gives Panda Express all she has to give. If ever they get rid of her I will not go back to this restaurant.

The menu is clear and the presentation of the food is novel ans different compared to what we normally have here in Brunswick. The service speed was wonderful, employees were nice, the restaurant was clean, and overall the atmosphere was good. That being said, the food itself was lacking in the taste department when you compare it to the other Chinese restaurants we have here. Everything was sort of bland and comparatively you can get better tasting food in a larger quantity for a better price elsewhere. The fortune cookies were good though.

Very disappointing..i tried the general tso chicken,firegrilled chicken,fried rice,black pepper chicken and green been chicken none of which had flavor..the chicken roll was the ones that you buy from the frozen food section at the grocery store..the chow mein tasted like half cooked ramen noodles and the rice,omg..the bejing beef was good though ..oh and they had something called walnut coconut chicken,guess what that didnt have any flavor either..smh..not my idea of chinese food ,more like a knock off..sorry guys i wont be going back...

I have been to this location a few times and the employees are already at a good start. Every appearance, Ive always had an excellent experience. The food was outstanding compared to other locations. I have been to the Pooler location and the food was only sometimes good. However, at this location it is good continuously. I hope the service and food will remain good.

Slow rude service. Always out of or waiting on something. Spent 10 minutes in the drive through line waiting on one meal. Drive through lady is rude. This is the second time coming here thinking maybe the first bad experience was just a bad day for Panda Express. This second confirms their customer service is junk

Well its great food . Just dont come here on a Saturday because they open at 1100 but its 1130 and the hot bar is still half empty......well I waited a few months to try it again and now its getting worse on food not being prepared for the walk in crowd.,......its going. Downhill quick.......

the worst management. food is always cold. no one knows what they are doing. they dont have knives. manager is rude and will talk behind your back and make employees look and laugh at you. extremely disappointing. They would do much better with different management.

Rice tasted like it had been cooked with another food. Chicken was barely coated with sauce and over cooked. To make things worse, one of the male workers stared at us while we ate and was very loud and obnoxious. The place was clean and other staff were friendly.

Worst experience ever at a Panda Express! Our server gave us half portions of everything, while the other server served plates overflowing. The Chow Mein was hard and stiff, even though it was just made - tasted like raw dough. I had 4 piece of Beijing beef....

Didnt get all of the to go order that I had ordered. And since I live 40 minutes away I just ate that 1.50. I suggest you check your box before you leave!

The drive through is extremely slow and workers feel the need to talk to there friends for 15min while there is a 10 car pile up in the line
