Entire staff is unprofessional. Waited in line for almost 10 min. to place an order. Got to the counter, and there is only 1 cashier and at least 8 others working behind the counter. There was a phone order that just came through that no one wanted to take and they were passing it around like a hot potato. Finally they gave it to the only cashier helping customers and she started taking the order and left me just waiting on her. I was on break so I told her just ring me up for a soda so I could go. She held up her pointer finger at me and said nothing, as if to tell me to hold without saying "excuse me" or "I apologize." I asked for the manager and the corporate number. A man came out of the back, and asked what was wrong. I explained the experience and he told me that it was policy that the phone orders come first. I asked him why would phone orders take priority over the customers who are standing in store face to face who have been in line for almost 10 min? He said Im sorry but that it is company policy. So I said that is OK, if that is company policy than I will just call your corporate office. And I asked for the number again and the name of the manager and the girl working the counter. At this point there are no orders going through and all of the staff are doing nothing but staring at me, because the cashier is still putting in the phone order. He went into the back for a couple more min. And finally came out with a ripped up napkin or paper towel with a name of a manager who is not there. I said what is the girls name? He said, I dont know her name. I asked him how do you not know the names of your employees? He looked at me blankly. I asked for his name, he "said" his name was George or Jeorge. But Im not sure if I believe him. Waiting on the District manager to contact me back. I will never go there again. After being a loyal customer to this location for over 6 years since I started working in this mall. I wish I could give a 0☆ rating, because this place doesnt even deserve the 1☆ I had to give.

El local en el premiun outlet de Orlando esta dentro un patio de comidas. La oferta es sencilla, hamburgesas simples y dobles con queso o queso y panceta. Están incluidos los toppings que incluyen tomate, cebolla cruda o grillada, pickles, jalapeños y champiñones, además de mostaza y mayonesa, entre otros. Las dobles con queso salen 8 dólares a los que hay que sumarles papas y gaseosa si se lo desea. La hamburguesa es rica pero no me pareció espectacular. Esta por encima quizás de otras cadenas similares pero el precio es bastante elevado.

This was my first experience of a 5 Guys. Having heard good things I was expecting a lot and it more than delivered. I can say that the double cheese burger was easily the best burger I have ever eaten (and Ive eaten my share ;). Service was fast, unlimited refills on drinks, price was so good. Simply put this was the best and most satisfying fast food experience I have ever had! Thank you 5 Guys!!

A great tasting burger and fresh fries with a massive choice of toppings (most for free except the bacon and cheese). There are the best burgers Ive tasted after In-n-Out burger. They win on the choice of toppings though. Great simple food at a cheap price - perfect :)

Excellent! One of the best Burgers I ever was! Attendants super polite, cheerful and friendly. And come muiiiita fries! The burger is delicious and you can ride as you like. Recomendo

Worst 5 guys in Orlando! Prices are outrageous the portions are small. I would never recommend going to this 5 guys. The food was average for 5 guys quality.
