Worst place to eat due to the service!!!!!!!! like I told the manager Shannon, u should never have to wait 27 minutes at the pie counter to pick up a to go order. Sadley Aiden the host was to busy wipeing down menus to grab my bag or ask me why I was waiting? Or if I was here to pick up an order! Not courteous or professional or friendly!i could see my to go bag that was sitting back on the counter The entire time, another server Kristian works their who is very disrespectful she waited on a customer beside me who came up to the counter after me and rudely didnt ask me if I was waited on or have been helped not to mention as I was standing for 27 min I had my 4 yr old in my arms the entire time which I eventually had to sit on the counter because he was getting heavy and impatient too, then to have to ask for my to go and to speak to the manager as well , when I took it home the entire 3 meals I ordered were cold I spent over 30dollars to get cold food and wait 26 min thanks for giving me a bad experience Kristian and aiden

Your not going to believe this one. I order a birthday cake for my husband on Monday April 25th to pick up at 3:00 PM on 26th April 2011. I arrived promptly at 3:00 on the 26th to pick up my cake, and I was told that there was not a cake for me. The gentlemen said he was sorry he could give me a credit. I said seriously? I have a dinner party for 8 scheduled and no cake. Oh it gets better. I went to my truck to sit for a private melt down, and the guy comes out and said I can make you a cake. I told him it was just really too late for that now. I live 25 minutes away, and my dinner party is at 5:30. The next morning I get a nasty phone call from an employee wondering when I am going to pick my cake up with an underlying tone of "Your going to be charge for this." She was quickly and politely enlightened on the matter. I will NEVER trust them again for such an important occasion. One of my favorite restaurants, but sorry not anymore. Not sure if I can go back in after this.

Stopped here for lunch on the way from a business trip. I would assume a place called "Grinders" would, you know, kind of specialize in them. I ordered the Southern Stack Grinder and received a sandwich on what can charitably be referred to as over-baked Pumpernickle instead of the stated Rye bread (fell apart in my hands), with a large portion of Subway-caliber lunchmeat turkey. No value either. Sandwiches come with no sides whatsoever, not even a pickle--let alone chips. Not exactly what I would expect from a sit-down restaurant with wait staff. To top it all off, they cant even be bothered to serve you your sandwich on plates, just a cheap plastic basket you would expect at an outdoor hot dog stand. Everything is extra. Service was reasonably polite but impersonal and slow as molasses. Will not be back.

Stopped in on a Friday night & stood at the hostess stand for almost 10 minutes before someone came out of the kitchen to greet us. Servers & counter employees didnt bother as they walked past us. When we finally got seated, we sat for another 15 minutes & never did get a server. When I seen a server come out from behind back, look over the station & walk back to the kitchen, we got up & walked out. You guys need to take a page from North Cantons book. They know how to serve their customers. You guys all need retrained in customer service.

Well the service sucks. Also they dont know how to make there pies. When I got one of there pies made for 8.00 dollers it was burned new york cheese cake it sucked. They have messed up are order like twice. If you want good grinders food DONT go to the one in alliance.

Have visited this eatery many times over the past 17 years. The quality of the food and the service is consistently good. Would recommend sandwiches and salads over dinner entrees. Dinner entrees seem to come to the customer via freezer and microwave too often.

I had a strawberry chicken wrap, the chicken was very good as were the cinnamon walnuts, but it was all in all very bland :-( the fires were excellent! Our waitress was a little slow and busy talking to other ppl but she was ok otherwise!

Idk how this place gets good reviews. The cheap cut of meat they call a steak showed up rare. The sauce options were gross. Tea was not good at all. Ate better out of gas stations for 1/4 the price.
