My boyfriend and I were looking for a late night snack and had never been to mellow mushroom before so we decided to go, we got there at 10:30 but they close at 11pm. I felt a little bad going in there so near closing but figured that we would be out by 11. Anyway as soon as we walked in this guy comes up to us asking if we are ordering to go and we were like uh i mean not really but if we have to okay , and he just gave us the menu insinuating that we could only order to go because they were closing soon. Then another guy saw us and asked us we wanted to take a seat; Im assuming that the first guy was too lazy to serve us. The first guy ended up being our server my bf and I wanted to order half the mega-veggie with the daiya vegan cheese and half just plain daiya cheese but the server didnt clarify with us what we wanted, he didnt even ask us what size we wanted. He ends up bringing us a medium all mega veggie with half daiya vegan cheese and the other half mozzarella cheese which neither of us could eat because were both vegan. So we politely told him that what we meant to order was half and half, and he thought that we wanted to replace it with a small regular cheese pizza, we literally had to call him back to clarify that he got the order correct. I feel like it was bad customer service from his part because its regular practice to clarify the order specially when it comes to pizza (coming from someone that worked retail at a pizza place). Apart from the bad customer service the food was very tasty and i would return perhaps not before closing (although we wouldve finished eating before 11pm if he didnt screw up the order)

Just went by and picked up a medium house special to go. Went inside, and sat at the bar to order the pizza and a beer for the wait. Bartender was friendly. Even with around only 10 other patrons in the resturant, it still took nearly fifty minutes to get a single pizza. Twenty minutes into our wait, the bartender even apologized for it taking forever. After sitting and sitting we eventually asked the flamboyant shift manager in a pink polo shirt to check and see if our food was waiting, so he walks to the oven, grabs a pizza box from sitting on top of it, brings it to us and says, "Uh, it was waiting for you on top of the oven.." REALLY??? For some reason, I remember walking into your resturant, paying for a pizza, and waiting for YOU to bring me a finished product. We ended up getting home, with a 70*f room temperature pizza, and we are located a single mile away from this resturant. The drive is less than 3 minutes... Really now, if I knew we were going to spend $21 on a cold pizza I would have just ordered elsewhere. To-go orders should be absolute priority, just as eat-in orders are, especially in such a tourist location with the high amount of resorts and hotels. Seriously, get your staff together, and start monitoring orders ensuring the are received and completed in a timely, professional manner like any responsible manager should, mr pink.

Bueeeeeenisima las pizzas. Es un sitio costoso pero vale la pena. No puedo decir mucho de la atención porque fuimos ya a ultima hora y de verdad que la mesera estaba un poco perdida pero supongo que ya estaba cansada. Los baños un poco sucio para ser un sitio costoso creo que deberian estar mas pendientes de eso. Pero de verdad que sus Pizzas son de otro nivel. Las margaritas excelentes tambien. Buen ambiente y agradable. Claro que volvere a ir!!!

My boyfriend and I went to this location last night and I must say we were very disappointed. Not only was the service very slow and the pizza mediocre, but there was a good size cockroach crawling along the wall next to the booth we were sitting in. We immediately moved across the room and alerted our waitress. She looked around and must not have seen it because not much was done about it. 10 minutes after she walked away, another table was seated right where we moved from. It must just be this location thats slacking on their products because the Winter Park location has much, much better pizza with a much better atmosphere. If youre wanting to try Mellow Mushroom pizza for your first time, my suggestion is to NOT go to this location.

We waited for nearly 10 minutes only to not be sat. We walked in behind a family of 7, and the hostess needed to push two tables together to fit the party. Instead of taking their name and seating the two parties behind them, she proceeded to buss tables that werent cleared off in the slightest. The restaurant wasnt busy, the staff was just rude and negligible. Meanwhile, the servers werent helping at all and three more parties walked in. For almost 10 minutes, we stood there surrounded by 4 other parties being blatanly ignored by the staff. When a restaurant is short staffed, its typically common practice for at least one manager to help out- and there wasnt one manager in site. Needless to say, we walked out.

Im disappointed that I could order 4 beers and alcohol could be blamed for a broken glass. I dont care if it was my excited gesturing, Im done visiting this restaurant forever. It wasnt just alcohol restaurant manager crystal; It was was clumsiness. Im embarrassed that it happened, but your attitude ensured I wont be back. I loved this place and wanted to enjoy it without judgement. I am sorry that it wont happen again. The service was good with kayla. I wont be back again. Im done forever. Im no fool but you made me feel so. Im done preaching quality of food. Im just done

My husband and I were ordering mellow mushroom to be delivered from UberEATS. Long story short, UberEATS messed it all up. Dan at The Mellow Mushroom (manager) was so nice and gave us a pizza after UberEATS picked up our pizza when we had canceled our order through uber for multiple reasons. Dan was so helpful through this whole confusing situation and at the end the pizza was phenomenal and the customer service was above amazing! Thank you all so much! Never using uber eats again though!

Mellow mushroom is normally great this location seems to have gone down over time. I LOVE the Holy Shiitake pie. The last two times Ive ordered from here the mushroom pieces are barely noticeable. They literally look like they been ground to mushroom powder and just sprinkled on. Ill give the Winter Park location a try in hope that the problem is just with this location, I do miss the nice noticeable pieces of mushroom you used to get on the pie, not sure what changed.

Worst experience at this Mellow Mushroom. Tried to go there for dinner last night, but ended up walking out. After we were seated we waited 12 mins and no one ever came to our table. We were sitting behind the hostess stand, so we asked who our server was. She gave is his name, but did not go find him. After waiting 5 more mins, we finally got up to leave. The hostess apologized, but still never offered to find a server or manager, so we left with no dinner......
