We had a long day at Disney World and there was a Flippers flyer in our hotel. I called and ordered some garlic bread and a medium sausage pizza. It was over an hour for delivery. We waited. The driver called and my 5 yr old son and I walked out to the bus stop to pick up the pizza. (Apparently they cant come in the hotel lobby?) I paid the driver and tipped $5. After I made it back to the room, I realized they sent me the wrong pizza. I called the driver and he said "Im sorry maam. Were closed now. You can try to call the store." WHAT?!? I called again and they said they would cook and bring me another pizza. 40 more minutes and we had the correct pizza. By then, my son was falling asleep and I was almost too tired to eat. They use LARGE chunks of sausage so you only get one or two pieces of sausage per slice. The pizza was bland. Nothing unique about it. They didnt offer a discount or anything for bringing me the wrong pizza. (No free dessert or a soda or anything). The driver called and said he was there with the second pizza. We went outside and he wasnt there. We waited and he showed up a few minutes later. Overall - a bad experience. Will NOT order from them again and I even wrote my experience and taped it to the flyer inside the guest book in the room. Should have gone with a chain restaurant.

Service was outstanding!! My family was visiting Orlando and looking for a tasty, kid-friendly place to eat near the hotel. Flippers had really great pizza, but the biggest reason for the 5-star rating was the service. Our waitress, Brianna, was super friendly and helpful, her response time was quick, she was considerate of our nutrition needs (one vegetarian, plus the chore of getting any veggies at all into our kid while on vacation). When she didnt know the answer to a question about their wine selection, she asked the resident expert to come by our table. This turned out to be her mom, Chandelle, who was also super friendly and helpful. She answered my questions and let me sample a couple of the wines before making my choice. She made quick friends with our preschooler and told him that she had a surprise for him if he finished his dinner. She asked us (the parents) to let her know when he was done, and then she brought out a scoop of vanilla ice cream in a Flippers mug for him to keep, free of charge! I never get around to writing reviews, but I made a point of doing so in this case because I cant remember the last time we experienced such great service. And like I said, the food was great, too!

I give them no stars , I ordered a pizza & they told me 45 minutes. It took them two hours to get me my pizza. And then when I called they had me on hold for ten minutes to find a manager. And they were suppose to refund me my money. They said 2 to 3 business days . its been four and still havent got my mone . And there pizza isnt even that great. Never ordering from them again. So now it has been a week sense they said they would refund me my money and still havent gotten my money back. I called to talk to the manger agian and he said he refunded me for my money that same day and i should call my bank , because now its on there part to put my money back in. I called and they said they had no pending transaction from flippers. So basically they are rip off and thieves. They steal from you. I would never order there nasty ass pizza again. Noramlly im not the type to write bad reviews, but this place is just awful. If you want good pizza take it from me and go to main street pizza. Best pizza i ever had. Fresh tasting ingredients. And food is on always on time, never a dissapointment.

Do not get the good reviews. One of the worst pizzas weve ever had. Added bacon and they put whole strips of bacon (looked like it was raw when put on) under the cheese instead of pre-cooked bacon bits that are well done like most pizza places. Cheese had grease all over the top of it although all the toppings are under the cheese. Looks like they squirted some kind of oil or something all over it. Also had 24 wings on the order and they were very fatty/thick skinned just like the frozen wings you buy in grocery and throw in the oven. A good wing should be flash fried (or smoked) then sauced and baked. Put in a $79 order and tipped driver $10 then found out they apparently ran out of wings or something and substituted 6 boneless wings (chicken nuggets) in place of our traditional wings (yet still charged us $30 for 24 wings. Said they tried to call but no missed calls (yeah sure). Im only in Orlando once every few years but will certainly remember this place and never order there again. I really dont get all the good reviews which I checked prior to ordering.

I was visiting Orlando and ordered from here twice. The first time I got a normal pizza with hot Italian sausage and artichoke hearts. It was pretty good. The artichokes were a little leafy and chewy, but I didnt mind too much. It could have used a bit more sausage, but it was acceptable. The second time I ordered a calzone with broccoli and salami. The wait time was approximately an hour and a half, but the driver did call me to tell me that he was running late (about 10-15 mins before he arrived). He said that they were swamped and were missing somebody. Unfortunately, the calzone was cold by the time it got here. But fortunately, a broccoli-salami calzone with ricotta and mozzarella (it comes with two cheeses) is absolutely delicious. Props for the deliciousness, not so much for the lateness/coldness. For that, I give it 3 stars.

We ate here on several occasions while our family was visiting from out of town. We had terrific food a couple of times we had take out and a couple of times we ate dine in. They have endless pizza toppings to choose from. Our family really enjoyed the different sandwiches. We also loved how you could customize The menu items. With the kids pasta/alfredo we were able to order it with chicken and double noodles and sauce. All restaurants should offer this! Online ordering was also very convenient. The Bianco pizza with Italian sausage, fresh garlic and caramelized onions was out of this world!! The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming and the restaurant itself was very clean and kept after. We highly recommend this place and will eat here on future visits to the area!

We liked it a lot. We always look for a good pizza place when out of town. Saw it here, thought wed give it a try regardless of some of the other reviews. Only downside we saw was its small inside, maybe 5-6 tables. 3 of which could seat 6. A few tables outside like the pic. Otherwise service was quick and friendly, the pizza the way we like it. Half cheese, half pepperoni/garlic. Thin crust, outer edge a little more doughy than we like but fine. We each had a reasonably priced side salad, GF got the ceaser, I had the house Italian dressing which the GF really liked. Had a couple of slices left over and the meal was less than $30, far better than the crap we ate at Aquatica for lunch and had to pay much more.
