Its really a shame that I only give it 1 star because the food is so delicious. The customer service, however, is terrible. Once when we ordered we never got our food delivered. When we called to find out what was taking so long the guy said the ticket didnt print in the kitchen. He offered us a credit for next time we order. We accepted that (everyone makes mistakes). So this past Saturday when we ordered they said 45 min to 1hour. It was an hour and 15min or so when I called to find out where our food was. The girl that answered the phone said she was at our house and no one answered the door. When I asked if she rang the doorbell, she said yes. Which is a lie because our doorbell works just fine. I even double checked it. And why she didnt call, I have no idea. So I asked if someone was going to bring it back out, she supposedly asked her manager and he said that since it is close to closing they could offer us a credit for next order. I said no, we just wont be ordering from you again. She said "ok" and hung up the phone. Ugh!! Terrible service. If my pizza was supposedly already made then why couldnt someone take 10 min and bring it to my house?!?! Poor management as well!

Ridiculous... This place never has half the menu items advertised. How can you offer wings, fries, etc but have no deep fryers? Also the prices are inaccurate. I got charged $5 over menu prices because "We just raised our prices". They had just given me a menu THE PREVIOUS DAY!!! These people clearly have NO IDEA what they are doing. And by the way... YOUR SAUCE BLOWS!

Pizza was cold...then the driver ripped me off for 5 bucks cause he claimed he didnt have change...worst experience ive had with pizza delivery. ?.wont ever order there again. ?.if the driver needs money that bad maybe he should get a better paying job

They are supposed to open at 10am but never do, I ordered food to be delivered at noon and when I called at 12:05 it was just coming out of the oven. Poor way to do business. Had to go hungry all day not happy if you could give it half a star I would
