The owner of this facility failed to allow me to use a coupon I paid for at his business. On Saturday, Feb 16th I placed an order over the phone at NYPD pizza in the Williamsburg area. I was visiting with family that was in town and since there were two families we decided to use two BOGO coupons that I had. I called in and placed my order and let them know about my coupon. I then explained that my brother wanted to use a coupon as well because he was visiting with his family. I was told "no, we dont do that here". I was quite confused considering that the coupon didnt state that. It is one per person however, a second person would be using it. On the way there my brother called and placed an order using a second BOGO coupon. When we arrived my brother went in first, used his coupon and came out with his two pizzas. I then went in and told them I was there to pick up my two pizzas and proceeded to hand the owner my coupon in which he nastily replied "we are not honoring those coupons anymore" I asked him why, considering that on the coupon it clearly had their location printed. He again simply and nastily stated that it was his decision and he just decided they would not honor that coupon anymore. I could not believe how I was being treated. There was no customer service, just a nasty NO. When we got back to the timeshare my brother was staying in we opened the pizzas and we were completely disappointed. They were ice cold, there was no cheese and parts of it tasted burned. It was almost as if we were being punished for using a coupon. A coupon which the business put out there, not me. If there are multiple coupons out there you have to expect that people are going to use them and it isnt good business practice to not honor them even if two people that know each other are using them. Not only would I never recommend this restaurant to anyone, I would also tell people who say theyd like to check it out not to. Weve eaten here several times before and the pizza we received that night was nowhere near the quality of previous times

Honestly, this place does not even deserve one star after my most recent experience here. I am a regular customer at this restaurant and I eat here twice a month. This time, i came with my family and my boyfriend. We ordered the garlic knots, the hot wings, and two large pizzas. Let me start by telling you the wings were overly greasy and buttery and not made the way they usually are. I was a bit put off by this but then again, i was very hungry so I ate it anyway. However, my boyfriend began to feel sick after eating them and I noticed, but he shrugged off my concerns telling me he would be fine. A couple of minutes later, he got up quickly to run to the bathroom but it was locked because someone was in there. So he ran outside, to the side of the building and threw up. There was no one eating outside and no one inside the restaurant saw him throw up except for me and my family who were the only ones concerned for him. I then ran outside to move him to the back of the building where no one would see him throw up again. After he was feeling a little better I sat him at the tables outside so he could have fresh air and got him a drink. It was then that i realized a man, im assuming he was the owner, he had a box and went to scooped up the vomit, but before doing so, he gave me a really dirty look. I did not think that was professional or nice. It made me feel very unwelcome and after that, the staff, including our waitress seemed to rush us out of the restaurant. I felt very unwanted and i was very surprised by how rude everyone was about the whole situation. They made it very awkward and I felt very uncomfortable. I have to say that this will be the last time I come here. I do not think it was right for me and my family to be treated so rudely because their food wasnt cooked right and made somebody sick.

We ordered an order for delivery. I told the person on the phone taking the order that Im staying at the Hilton... He asked "the big one in Orlando?" Not being from here, I said yes, because I am staying in the big one, in Orlando. I could have given him the address if he needed more information, but he seemed happy with the specification. I was told the wait time was 45-50 minutes. At 60 minutes, I recieved a call saying the driver was a couple minutes out. So I drove down to the lobby by the elevators where I was told to meet him. Guy never showed. Called my phone and said hes inside the lobby, not by the elevators. So I went inside, waited 5 minutes... at this point its been 1.5 hours. So I call the restaurant to see if theres been a mix up. I get transferred to the manager, who was actually a little rude, defensive, and argumentative. He told me that the driver was standing inside the lobby waiting for me... turns out, we were at two different Hilton hotels. At this time it was about 9:45pm, which is pretty late, so I asked him to please just cancel the order since its been a frustrating night. He continued his rude attitude and said, and I quote, "Well I mean, when YOU say Hilton Orlando you should mean Hilton Orlando. But YEAH we will cancel it." Well then... ok bud. Moral of the story to NYPD: please understand that Orlando is a tourist town, please take the time to specify addresses! Also, something that should be across the board in all management styles: politeness to customers! I dont write bad reviews often, but you made the cut, bud!

People will pick out the stupidest thing to complain about and expect a discount on their food. My 2 year old daughter took a sip of her water and got a mouth full of black debris. I told the manager and the manager said (I kid you not) "that must have been debris from when we cleaned the ice maker". If I would have complained just imagine how far I would have gotten. Instead, I was happy and got absolutely nothing. Thats whats wrong with both consumers and service business these days. You have to be a total jerk to get something and the company will bend over backwards for you. Yet, when they obviously make a mistake, they make no effort and take advantage of your kindness. Oh, the food was ok. Italian wedding soup was average and my calzone was pretty good. A little more money than I wanted to pay but also a larger portion size than I wanted to eat. I still tipped 20% because I brought the cup to the attention of the manager but it wasnt my waitress fault. My family will not return.

We are from the U.K. and are staying at Vista Cay so we called into NYPD PIZZA which is close nearby. Im not a massive Pizza fan but decided to brave it as the rest of my family are. We were seated immediately and offered drinks. Our starters arrived 10 mins after ordering and our mains after 20, which is fast. We started with their garlic knots which are a must try for anyone as they are so delicious. For mains my son had a chicken dish that he said was so delicious he ended up going back the second night for more. My wife had a salad which was so large she struggled to eat it but she forced herself as it was it her words "lovely". I decided to have a pizza and it was so delicious. On our 3rd day here we were in a rush so we ordered two 18" pizzas. Omg, heaven in a pie. I am now a pizza convert thanks to these guys. Thanks Abbie for the great service. Wish you guys were in the U.K. instead of pizza hut and dominos etc. Excellent all round.
