I came across this restaurant while in town for the holiday. I gave it a try based on reviews, most of which Im now convinced must be fake. When I called, I asked about delivery and gave my location. The guy didnt even bother to ask for an address but only said he had no idea where I was. I was 2 miles away in a hotel. Businesses are usually familiar with whats in their area, especially hotels. I arrived to pick up my order to see two drunk guys hanging out in front of the restaurant with open cans. The employee was talking to them, so I guess he knew them. Someone else came out of the restaurant and said something so that the two guys stumbled around to the side of the building. I guess they thought they were out of sight. When my boyfriend went inside to pay, they decided to charge us double what it cost for a pizza. Lucky for them I was hungry. New York pizza? Nah.The pizza was just "ok". Not particularly flavorful. It just became something to put on our stomachs. I will never order from here again.

To start it off, the girl on the phone was horribly rude. She could not understand me or my address. I called at 7:03pm and it was delivered at 8:15pm after I was told it would be approx 35 minutes. The driver (same as the employee on the phone) showed up and admitted our pizza was probably cold. She still made us pay--obviously we left no tip. Sure enough, our pizza was cold. Not just warm, or room temp.... I mean cold, as if the box had been open the whole time. We also ordered a flavored crust--which was not correct. We had this place once before since moving into the area and it was "ok" but the service was great. We decided to try it again and have it be a make or break deal. It was definitely a break. I have not even finished my first slice of pizza--I had to warn others not to order from them this weekend! I am just super disappointed as pizza is our favorite meal and we were excited to have a pizza place close by. Sadness.

Horrible customer service, guy hangs up without giving the orders total cost, I had to call back for the price of the order.. over the phone he said about 30-40min wait.... the delivery lady arrives about 1.5 hrs later. the total cost of the order that she asks for is 2$ more then what I was told on the phone "with delivery included"... the pizza arrived Luke warm and tasted just "Ok" it could of used more cheese.....the garlic bread was alright wish they gave marinara or something, the hot wings were "delicious" however!.... could of offered ranch but Im assuming you have to ask for ranch and marinara? or maybe it cost extra? Either way, I dont suggest this pizza spot unless your only getting hot wings and maybe picking up your order instead of delivery.....

We were enticed by the delivery which is about 10 minutes from our hotel and we were promised a delivery that would take about 30 minutes to an hour. We were hung up on the phone 3 times and we attempted to cancel a delivery but they persisted the delivery guy would only take a couple more minutes. It took another 20 minutes for the delivery guy to arrive and it was unacceptable. Very rude and purposely hung up and put on hold. Everything that a "quick" delivery place shouldnt be. This is not okay.

It is difficult to find great NY pizza in Florida but this place is not too bad. This is a mom and pop pizza place. Nothing fancy about it but the pizza is decent for Fl and the gyros are good. The owner is a bit cranky..just like a typical New Yorker. I don t mind getting some attitude with my slice, reminds me of NY..lol

We had tried a few places down here and were not impressed and than we found "Real New York Pizza" and WOW. We wont eat pizza from anywhere else now. If you have not tried this place recently than you have to do yourself a favor and stop in and get a pie. I recommend Pepperoni, Bacon,Mushroom, and Onion with Extra Cheese.

The regular cheese pizza is the only thing about this place that tastes good but only if you go there and pick it up. Every time I call they either cant deliver or the delivery guy isnt there. On top of that they dont even sound like they want to take my order. This place sucks so much its not worth anyones time.

I just ate a chorizo pizza and it was soooo good!!! Nice portion of sauce, cheese and meat it all blends in really well it was hot when it got delivered so thats a plus when I call to place my order the lady was very friendly. The delivery girl was friendly and had a big smile. Keep it up guys!!!

Salad was good, but pizza has little cheese even when u ask for extra-cheese. Toppings not good quality. Bread not tasty. Come on, people will buy quality! Bake it and they will come! But if its in a tie with hot-pockets in the taste department........

Well, it certainly isnt "ny style" pizza but it is still very good. My friend came up with a pretty good description "I feel like if papa Johns was a family owned hole in the wall place, this is what their pizza would taste like"

What a surprise. Looks like a hole in the wall from the outside, but pie was good.A little pricey but worth it if you need a good pizza. $17 for a large with 3 toppings. Order was ready in timeframe they suggested ( pick-up ).

A little disappointed in the pizza. Very thin, lack pepperoni and crust. Instead of NY Pizza more like disappointed Pizza I liked the previous Pizza maker he was on the money! I rather stop at little Cesar with my bucks.

Delivery was promt to my location, the lasagna was the best I have had in a long time. Will definitely call again when I am in the area!!! The Jamaican burgers were also good. My dog ate every bite.

Live in Downtown Orlando and drive all the way there for the best Pizza in Orlando. Wish they had one in Downtown. Awesome food! Best of all that Hot slice.. ummm... Love it!

This is the worst pizza I have ever had! No flavor, hardly any sauce, boxed pizza taste better! Past this place and go to Pizza Mia next to Walmart! Save your tastebuds!
