I will never ever order from this place again I purchase a extra large pizza and the pizza was not to mention dry and very thin like like they might have gave me the last bit of dough that they had then the toppings were so spicy you could not eat it and I ordered from these people a few times and Ive never taste the pizza so spicy were you cannot eat it I believe someone put something on this pizza to make it so spicy so then I called the restaurant that asked could they send me out a cheese pizza because I was unsatisfied with the way it taste and how spicy it was and me and my children could not eat it there was not a apology Im sorry that youre not satisfied all i got was a its nothing I can do we dont change our ingredients every excuse that he can make he made and not to mention bad attitude please do not waste your time or money ordering from a place that cannot give good customer service because Im spending my money for some s***** Pizza that wasnt even good and you have the audacity to make me feel like I got to beg you to bring me some more pizza out, the right thing to do is apologize and bring me some more pizza out without me having to ask you to bring me another Pizza out or give me my money back. Bad customer service PERIOD!!!!

It took them less time to deliver it and that was good. Thats why I gave the driver$8 tip. He came in with this humongous Pizza which I was impressed with. As soon as I open a box my smile went to a frown. I will never order from this place again. There is maybe 30% no toppings, about 30% chicken and 40% pineapple Give or take accuracy. There are nine pieces that have nothing on it at all. Thank God I ordered Wings because I am definitely not happy with this pizza. Very plain flavorless without toppings on several pieces. Get generous five star. Put toppings on every piece. Can of pineapples dont cost you that much, not for a pizza deal that cost $36. Very very disappointed. Wings were not as hot and Saucy as theyre supposed to be. They are very dry and in between mild and hot. This is a classic case of being in too much of a hurry to satisfy each individual customer

My husband and I ordered food for delivery and we ordered 12wings 3pizza rolls and two salads the total was not what the so called manager said he was just a kid...when he gave me me the total and we hung up I had to call back and try and explain to him that was not right even with a ten dollar off coupon he said it was 36 dollar and change I tried to tell him he was wrong three different times and three times I got three different prices of what I owed after all was said I finally had him add it all up and then he finally came back with the right price ... if they should have someone who knows how to count and add things properly cause who knows how many people the have sown this to alreasy. Padding the bill is not the way to keep customers so be careful when ordering add things your self first

My mom and I frequently meet in Kissimmee for dinner since its about half way for us. We tried Five Star Pizza based on other reviews. I wasnt sure if they had dine-in, as that wasnt clear. And I actually had to call twice to determine it. There are a few tables, but it is mainly for carryout/delivery. However, what they lacked in "ambiance" they made up for with amazing food. When we got there, we ordered the Buffalo Chicken rolls. Holy crap- those things are a game changer. SO DELICIOUS! When mom arrived, we ordered a sausage/mushroom pizza and the Greek pizza. Both were SO full of flavor. The Greek was completely different than anything Ive ever had on a pizza but we loved the messy mix of flavors. Give this place a try!

Food is good. Take out recommended. Delivery takes for ever. Put in an order in advance with a delivery time of 6:40 didnt arrive until 7:30. Always the same story "well it just got really busy at this time" If that is the case, you need to hire more employees to make up for that rush. And inform your customers if their food will be an hour late. Gave this place three chances figuring I guess I ordered at a bad time. All three times about 45 minutes to an hour later than told, yesterday was my last order. Happened again today 12/2 . Ordered at 5pm. Set delivery time for 8:10. Got here at 8:50. No excuse for terrible service

This is the first time we were totally disappointed with 5 Star Pizza. We placed an order for an 18" pizza and upon picking up the pizza, the pizza moved too freely in the box so my husband opened the box at the counter and found the pizza to be much smaller than past pizzas (we measured it at home and it was 15" with a paper thin crust to the edge). Upon my husband questioning the size they did compensate him with an additional 12" pizza. In the end we threw the larger pizza out as we both had severe cramping, etc after eating one piece.

I love this place! They have so much to pick from! I have never had anything from here that i did not like or complained about. I only had a bad delivery once out of oh so many deliveries, and that one time they were truly sorry and i got all kinds of free stuff! But they are a very busy restaurant that makes a whole lot more than just pizza, breadsticks and corny little wings. So yes, the delivery might take a little longer, its worth it! Or just call it in and go pick it up!

I placed an order for a party the day before and asked their opinion on what size pizzas to get and how many. The size and number was just right and everyone was happy. They people at the party said it was one of the best pizzas theyve had. I asked them to stop at the front of the building and call me when they got there. They did and were there exactly when they said they would. The price was perfect and I couldnt be any happier. If I could give more stars, I would.

I love the taste of the pizza but the costumer service is horrible! Not to mention that the pizza keeps getting smaller the more I order. I live 2 mins away and they took over and hour and a half to get to my house and the driver didnt wanna answer the phone. So no thank you Im done buying anything from them!

Worst delivery service!!! Every time I order from here they go to the wrong house and the manager says its our fault. Worst customer service from a manger, has the nerve to argue with a loyal customer! I will never order from here because the way they treat you. My deliver took over 2 hours!

I love this place! Its BY FAR the best pizza in town, for the best prices in town! They regularly have coupons available too. Theyre polite, so nice, and super quick! You never feel like youre inconveniencing them even with special requests or substitutions. I will go here forever!!
