I went to eat dinner here with my family, a group of 8. Waitress was rushing us on ordering and would never check on us to see how we were doing even though it took 60 mins to get our meals. The only good part of the meals were the Wonton Soups. Chicken wings, egg rolls and rangoons tasted bad. Maybe the oil hadnt been changed all day. Shrimp low mein not good either. Shrimp with lobster sauce was extremely thick and lacked flavor. Worst of all, the pork fried rice was the WORST ever. It was simply a fried rice with bits of pork. It was missing every ingredient your basic fried rice would include such as egg, green onions, sprouts, etc. When I complained, the waitress and owner refused to credit me for any of the bad food. I should have known better when I walked in. Restaurant has a bad stench and is in need of renovations. I am a person that loves to support local businesses over corporate establishments but Suzie Lai is not one of them. Do not eat there. Not recommended.

- Susie Lai Chinese Food in N Miami Beach... Worst chinese restaurant ever I wouldnt recommend it to others. They are over priced and give you little to no food at all. The chinese guy was rude as hell, rushed my order, didnt give me the total over the phone, and hung up on me. The delivery driver was nice, but that was the only good experience I got from this chinese food restaurant. The food is 100% terrible and tasted like crap they are the worse rip off ever... Rip off, Rip off, Rip off!

We use to be regulars here until I had a horrible experience about 2 years ago with termites falling on my table from the ceiling. My husband was in the neighborhood and wanted to give them another shot. What a mistake that was. There was a dead roach in his food. He walked right out the restaurant disgusted and will NEVER be back. I hope they close this place down.

This was my first time here Service friendly Prices ok Food TASTELESS Beef with broccoli i was able to taste a lil bit of soy souce after that nothing Chicken with broccoli was tasteless I will live some pictures in here So u can see how white is the chicken And the eggroll was hard to chew

I ordered pick up for my food, i ordered the medium house fried rice, small chopsuey shrimp, and for my boyfriend he got the beef chopsuey....it was soooo good! Delicious! The service was fantastic! If youre ordering for pick up . I highly recommend this place.

Food ok. Waitress was not nice and not helpful. Asked to speak with manager and she wouldnt get him to the pbone When i got there to pick up my food i askedfor him. He was there the whole time. Too many good chinese restaurants around. Wont be going back there

Horrible experience i order a mix fried rice and something call sizzling steak the chicken in the rice was dry and kind of blue and the steak was super dry and raw inside its obvious they cooked frozen . Never again (oh and on top my bill was $52.00 dollars)

I live in North Miami Beach and Ive been a customer for 10+ years. The staff is always courteous, the service is fast and the prices are great. The food is always fresh. Best place to eat fast and cheap within the neighborhood.

Ive only ordered take-out from here, but when I have it been very good! I never have to wait, prices are reasonable, and the food is very good! Not sure about the sit-in experience, but take-out and delivery works fine for me.

Oh what a place! The food is delicious, full of flavours! Its cozy, not crowded and the price is perfect. I had lunch for 2 (they have lunch specials until 3PM) and payed $15! Awesome!

Sometimes theyre great and sometimes the food taste old!!! You must catch them early I guess! I dont know what it is really but.One day theyre on point and the next they are stale!
