Never knew about the place until I found them on Google and found out they delivered. I called in and it was so busy but the young lady still took her to me to explain to me what was on the menu and put in my order. She put me on hold a few times but it was fine. She always came back and reassured me it would only be a few moments. After she put me on hold one last time she came back and apologized about how busy it was and put me on the phone with a gentleman who politely helped me and processed my order. I received my order in a timely fashion and everything was great. I will be ordering from here all the time.

This was the worse dining experience while I vacationed in Miami. I wanted authentic Haitian food but when I got there and started ordering I was informed that they had no rice, goat, or vegetables.The ladies were very rude especially one of the loud mouth workers behind the counter who started yelling in creole and French. The waitress noticed my expression and asked me if I understood what the lady had said I informed her that I did because I was married to a Haitian. Of course me and my friend cancelled our order and left! I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Ive been to many Haitian spots, there good but this restaurants flavor is on a whole other level. The griot, the fried goat, the legume, even the pate is so good. Oh and if you thought your Haitian spot was still Better think again because not only are they heavy on the portions but for the price it doesnt get any better. Plus they are on UberEATS, Grubhub, and Yelp for convenience. Omg Im eating it as Im writing this review, too good! If your hating on this restaurant your either not a true Haitian or your not Haitian at all. Bye!!

When you consider that every other Haitian restaurant in the area is poorly organized and looks like people cooking out of their house, Simon looks like a huge upgrade to the greasy and salty options of food close by (if you live around here, you know who Im talking about). It actually feels way more professional, and the food isnt going to kill you. I mean, its not amazing, but its much better than whats in the area with a bit of a higher price tag to match.

I`ve been to Simon Lumiere Restaurant and they always treat me with respect. When it comes to food, the food is the best and the prices are well worth it. The delivery is fast and when it gets to you it is always hot and ready to be eaten. I highly recommend you get your food from this place it will be well worth your time

I had the griot and speaking as a person who tried griot from Chef Creole, LaBurge this griot is hands down the best the only problem I had is it says they close at 10 however I went at 8:45 one day and they were closed so perhaps update the hours besides that great food

Horrible customer service. The owner is super nice but he needs better staff. My mom placed an order I came to pick it up they didnt have it ready I paid and they told me to come back when I came back its still wasnt ready. Sorry Ill not come back

My food never comes if it does it takes over three hours for it to be delivered. The restaurant has poor customer service they never know anything or most of the time doesnt understand English thats if they even answer the phone. Horrible
