Not at all impressed. Service was slow, employees appeared to be argumentative with their manager who had to tell them to help another customer who was standing at the register. I waited 10-15 minutes for food after ordering, and when we went to leave I went back for refills on our drinks. 3-4 employees milling about with one other patron at the counter... I waited approximately 5-10 minutes just standing there with my cups. Not one employee acknowledged my existence. They all looked at me off and on, none so much as asked me what I needed which shouldve been obvious anyways. So slow service, a manager that had her hands full with apparently disrespectful employees, and standing around wasting my time waiting to be acknowledged for a refill = a 1 Star rating. Very disappointed with the experience as we dont have 5 Guys in Iowa to my knowledge and this was our first time trying it.

I would normally send people to five guys in a heartbeat however, the employees (females for sure) continuously use the common bathroom and do NOT wash their hands before they exit the restroom. This is NOT acceptable for any food establishment. This is how food born illness gets started.

Get the bacon cheese, all the way, add A1. Good burger, but not as great as other locations. Slower than normal for a Five Guys.
