The Shadow
I ordered a cheeseburger and asked what toppings I wanted on it. I told them I wanted every topping on the board (at other five guys this was never a issue) I get my burger and noticed a lot of toppings were missing. I asked them for the toppings and was informed that those are normally extra. Though their sign says all toppings are free. So between the lack of understanding what every topping is, and the fact they want to charge for free toppings I will not be back.

Went for the first time on July 15. The best burger and fries Ive had in years. Well worth the price. Everything was fresh and delicious. Great music, was very clean, hairnets, caps, gloves on!! The workers attitudes were upbeat and fun. I used to be a cook, so I notice things!! I give them 5 stars for a very enjoyable, delicious dining experience!! Definitely will be going back!! Telling all my friends!! Thanks Five Guys

Unseasoned meat... Hot and yummy (too salty though) fries, but the bland tasting unseasoned meat makes me wanna choose BW3, Bob Evans, Max & Ermas, or McDonalds for a burger. And if Im gonna spend $30 on a burger and fries meal for my family, BW3 and M&E burgers are more worth it. I have this review at 2 stars because once upon a time there was a Five Guys season where my experiences there were legit!

I came into the Five Guys, and the upkeep was decent, to what I would expect from a restaurant. I then continued to order a bacon burger and got myself a drink. In roughly 5 minutes, they had my burger and a mother load of fries ready. The burger was better than any burgers that you could get at Wendys or McDonalds. Keep it up 5 guys, worthy of 5 stars.

First time there and I ordered a bacon cheese burger , for the price I thought I would get the drink and fries with it. Almost $ 9.dollars for just a hamburger. If the minimum wage goes up,that what all restaurants will charge. Not happy at all. There must of been a lot of people that called off, because the place was dirty.

I love the food and it ALWAYS gets 5 stars, but this time it was so cold in there my teeth were chattering. I mentioned it to the workers. I got a shoulder shrug and nothing. Miserable to eat when its that cold.

Never a bad BACON CHEESE BURGER. French fries are fresh cut on site. Employees keep it clean and ask you if you need additional condiments.
