One of the best sushi places I have been to. I drive from west boca all the way to PGA for Ebisu. Sushi is very fresh, and seems that food is more organic quality than others sushi places for the most part which is why i make the trips. Sadly enough, the service isnt the greatest. I usually tip 20% or more, however since the server, JOSHUA, was quite rude who seems depressed each time provides service that isnt comparable to the quality of food they offer. So I definitely lowered the tips to 15%, and seems like since then my each visitation he leaves the scene keeps us hanging even though he is the only server there. I end up waiting 15 or more minutes just to have a server when it is busy. Just a message to the owner that if you advise your servers to behave a bit better and show a bit of interest in customers, they would certainly get better feedback. I usually never write reviews but my experience with the server, Joshua, must have been that bad that Im writing this. I would give 5/5 stars if it wasnt for the unprofessional server. Again, very fresh quality food . Keep up the good job.

When I found this hidden gem, I didnt know what to expect. I love Asian food and Japan and ramen are an instant hit for me. I was presented with the lunch menu along with regular menu and the ramen specials they have. Since I was very hungry, I straight ahead ordered some yakitori (skewered bbq chicken) and shrimp gyoza (forgot the name). Main dish was tonkatsu ramen bowl. It comes with a small side salad that was refreshing before the other dishes came. Staff is super friendly and the seating areas are great! They have booths, regular tables, and my favorite that I wish to experience the traditional on the floor seating. You wont be disappointed. Trust me. Enjoy!!! Itadakimasu!!!!

Being half Japanese Im highly critical of sushi and Japanese restaurants, this place is the real deal. This place has the absolute best salmon sushi Ive ever tasted. They have dishes very unique to Japanese cuisine like "katsudon" and "takoyaki" which I have been unable to find anywhere else. The staff is super friendly and they made me feel like family since day 1. I will always come back here for the great food and the amazing people. You must try this place out if you havent.

Its a good place to go for ramen, when they have it. They ran out of ramen for our order, which means they use fresh ramen. When they dont have it they will tell you. The food came out very quickly. It is a ramen place, so be prepared for a lot of sodium in your meal. The staff was very friendly.

Ebisu the favorite restaurant of my Son and I. The food is super fresh and authentic . Best Ramen outside of Japan for Sure. Nori and Aki and the entire staff make you feel welcome and at home. Regards from Sam who say he cant wait till next school break to come and visit with you all.

There are many Sushi restaurants around, but Ebisu the one that WE Japanese always choose to go. You will notice the big differences as Ebisu is run by genuine Japanese family! If you want the “real” Japanese food, this is the place you should be! Enjoy the real one!

we heard of this place from a groupon coupon we got, we went there last week and it was amazing, kind of a small place but very fun atmosphere,nice staff, and some of the best sushi and raw appetizers i have had. which says a lot because im very picky on my sushi!!
