Ordered 2 mocha frappes and 1 caramel frappe along with 3 other drinks. Got back to work and all 3 frappes were identical and definitely NOT mocha. I called and was told the order was made correctly. When I stated they looked different than the last several times I ordered them the woman got snippy and continued to tell me I was wrong but to bring it back and she would remake it. I just told her never mind, thatI wouldnt be coming back. Ever.

Theyre very good about getting your order together and bring it out to the table to you. Wasnt very busy today there really wasnt any weight as far as placing our order. They took my payment and gave me a number and told me that our server would bring our Blizzards out to our table and they did in a timely manner and very courteous. All in all a great experience even with the bathroom facilities just wish there was more than one bathroom.

Ice cream machine is always broken. We always want chocolate vanilla swirl and they always have an issue. Today no swirl again. They dont even think to tell you that at the time if order. Take your money and hand you a chocolate cone with a dab of vanilla on top! What!!!! I asked for a swirl! Oh our machine is broken. I said I whos you told me that when I ordered and all I got was have a nice day. To lake city from now on.

We went here and we were visiting from out of town and decided to stop for some ice cream got to the window gave them my ATM card and it going to ask for my pin at the window with about six employees standing around instead of them having a machine to hand to me out the window they need to do better I will not be back be careful who you gave your personal information to

Below average even for fast food. Every table needed to be wiped down, one of the ice cream machines wasnt working properly (so no chocolate ice cream). Overly lengthy wait for only fries, 2 cones and a blizzard especially when the place was nearly empty. Cool train track around the inside, near the ceiling. Nasty Lysol can in the ladies room.

This Dairy Queen is awesome. The family who owns and operates this store show an incredible sense of support for the community, The food is cooked to order, everything is fresh, and the store is immaculate. As a customer for almost 15 years, it never disappoints; consistently the best place to eat in Live Oak.

This is an okay Dairy Queen. The people seem friendly enough. The tables are usually cleaned up so you arent stuck looking for an empty table that is clean. I think the prices for some of the meals are over priced but I have always thought most DQs are.

I wish that all the DQs were like this one, I go out of my way to stop at this one. Always clean with good service. My kids love the train that goes around the lobby and we love all the historical pictures on the big screen tv.
