I ordered a salad and a Whopper Jr. The girl first repeated my order as a chicken sandwich. Then she tried to tell me the salad on the menu didnt exist. A man came on the speaker clearly agitated and got my salad worked out. I was asked if I wanted croutons, I said yes. My order came and the sandwich was not as ordered , no croutons, dried out disgusting chicken and no fork. Amazing they stay in business with lack of customer service. Not the first time I have had an issue.

When u come in the employees are no where to be found and we waited 5 min for them to stop talking. We even said hello several times. Then when the girl came out she had an attitude. The place is run down and looks dirty. Their fries are over salted. Their burger patties are 5 days old and its tough to eat. Over all i will never go back there and the Burget King franchise should be embarrassed.

Wow unbelievable, fries overly salted to the point of being inedible. Bacon king with a slice and half of bacon. Called exhausted didnt want to drive back in rush hour traffic. Told save it and bring it in tomorrow. Really, thats customer service. Thanks, but no thanks. Now I have a fourteen dollar bag of trash, at least tomorrow is garbage day

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Everytime I come something is wrong with the order, not to mention the place looks like a dump with crooked signs, half dead trees, and nasty dirty windows. Dont know why I keep giving them a chance, today was the last straw. Ill drive the extra two miles to the BK on Gratiot from now on.

My experience was the worst at the Burger King at 54 North Groesbeck Hwy. Mt. Clemens. MI 48043 there was bugs in my food and drinks and then I went back to the store and asked for my money back and the manager refused to refund my money. Said that I put the bugs in there myself. Never again.

Yet again part of the order was not put in and NO ONE will answer the phone. Simple quality control....CHECK TWICE before you pass the customer the order. Its fast food because Im in a hurry to get somewhere and dont have time for the consistent DRAMA. Im so over this location. >:-(

Service was fast. The cashier could have been more engaged. She seemed bored out of her mind. I tried the classic hotdog. It was very good had a real beef grilled flavor. The mac and cheetos were interestimg but pretty good, Ill definitely try again.
