If I had a choice I would give them zero stars. Awful service, rude staff all around, waitress never checked on our table once. She got our order wrong (I get it, it happens), she came back over an hour later with still the wrong food. Half of our table ate and the others didnt. They were not apologetic whatsoever and the manager said it was because they were "short staffed". The bartender also ignored me when I tried to run my keno ticket. I would have done it myself but the machine was down. It got so bad the customer next to me was yelling at her to get her attention. Needless to say, worst experience ever. Would not recommend this place to anyone. EVER. Save your money.

The last two times I came here in the past 2 weeks both experiences are awful. Server messed up my order, no apology, manager did not come over, nothing wad done to make it right. Last night I took my family here, got seated right away only to sit at the table for 15 minutes with no one to come over and take a drink order. One of the servers working in that section look at me twice and still didnt come over. Finally we got up and left oh but then she wanted to head over. Sorry to late, we went to the chesterfield location 23 mile & Gratiot. As I recommend everyone else does. Much nicer, faster, food was on time.

JOKE!!! After waiting for over an hour for dinner, only half of it came out, most of it was cold, God forbid if you needed something else, because you werent going to get it. The wait staff was atrocious. We had to find a manager to bring out the rest of our meal. And lastly, after he asked how everything was, he said hed give us a discount for our trouble. Wow, on a table of 7, it was a whole $5.00!!! Dont spend that in one place. I was able to write this full review while waiting to get my change from the tab..... Still waiting!

IMO the food isnt that good. The appetizers are but its not worth the money. The biggest reason I dont like this place is because they lied to me. I ordered an alcoholic drink and said I did not want ice. I told them no extra filler either, I know I wont get as much drink as I would if I had ice but thats ok. The returned the drink to me with a ton of coke in it. I told them it was weak, and had extra coke in it. They told me it was weak because I didnt have ice in it and ice makes the drink stronger. :-l

Service was ok tonight, but im not a wings fan. so my cousin and i ordered the cheese burger. With cheddar deluxe His friend ordered the the special 20 wings for $10.00 the hamburger tasted like it came from McDonalds. no taste what so ever dry and over cooked the wings tasted like they were cooked a few times before we got them. dry and tough. so i guess the cooks need to eat what there serving before they see what We see. No Quality control at best. we wont be back.

The last couple times Ive been here the food has been absolutely terrible. I talked with the manager this last time about it. My wings were so hard I thought I may chip a tooth. I spoke with her and she said there were some new staff in the back and they weee dealing with training...but what kind of person doesnt know how to deep fry a wing? And if its not the cooks fault its the quality of the product then. Either way.. it sucks.. I love bdubs.. well I used to.

We had Heather as our server and from the second we sat down to the second we left, she gave great service. Our food was hot, fresh and came out super quick! It was the busiest Ive seen this bdubs, and you can tell theyve made changes. We will be back! Thank you for good service and a great bdubs experience Heather! (Even as we left, the host was super friendly, and you dont see that much anymore).

I hate giving places that I used to love to go to such a bad rating, but this place has gone down hill. The atmosphere is updated and nice but the service and food has gone way down. It took over 35 mins to get our food, then the food was cold and terrible, and the boneless wings were hard as a rock. I really would love to see this place get back to where it was but I dont see it happening.

I used to like Bdubs until they changed their blazin sauce. It was really hot, but manageable. I worked up to it, and it was a great endorphin rush eating something so spectacularly hot. Then they changed the blazin sauce, and it hurts a lot again. Now I am back to looking like a grieving widower when I eat hot wings again. Ghost peppers shouldnt be made for human consumption.

First thing we noticed was the changing table in BOTH the mens and ladies rooms were broken, I didnt feel safe changing my children on them. Second, our chips came with a special prize at the bottom, an extra crispy, extra greasy burnt french fry I think. Lastly some of the wings were gristly/hard not very good at all, will not be returning to this location ever.

Terrible! It wasnt the full menu that I was accustomed to, at other locations, & the waitress made too much of a big deal about my son, who just graduated, of drinking! He was NOT drinking, yet she felt he was, & felt the need to report it to the manager, when the issue was supposed to be resolved between the parties involved.

Lady was mad at me cuz of the cooks werent putting enough sauce on my boneless chicken. I ordered them "WET" n they were all dry half sprayed sent her back twice with them n heard Nikki talk mess about me to the cooks n I could hear her easily. I will always have a love of their wings, but the surprisingly good thing I discovered was there sandwiches and salads! The name of this particular one with chicken escapes me but it was THE BOMB DOT COM! I recommend you stop and try one or both. The portions were filling as well... nicely sized. I was very pleased.

I live right up the street and its ALWAYS a ridiculous wait to order. Even when I order online(when there isnt a website issue)my order isnt ready when I get there and its cold when I get it. Prices keep going up while quality& customer service keeps going down...not a good look.

Waitress dropped an entire boat of boneless wings on the table. She then proceeded to pick them up with her hands, put them back in the boat and tried to serve them to me. The only other time i was there, the place was dead, but somehow my food was served cold and overcooked.

Every time I go to Buffalo Wild Wings Im more and more disappointed. I used to love going, but the food and service keeps going downhill while the prices keep going up. Dont get me wrong -- its still okay, but definitely not something I go out of my way for anymore.
