At approximately 8 pm I placed my order at Taco Bell for a Mexican pizza, a burrito supreme and a taco supreme. I was inside, no one at the counter, employees were huddled In the kitchen area completely oblivious of me waiting to place a order. After getting their attention he took my order, gave me my change and said he could not give me a receipt because they were out of receipt paper. Got home with our food and it was without a doubt the worst food we have ever had from Taco Bell ! Mexican pizza chips were rubbery , beans looked dry like they had been sitting around for quite some time, burrito supreme had no lettuce , no onion, no tomato, no sour cream and no beef ! Taco supreme shell has all the ingredients but is barely half full. I dont know what is going on at this Taco Bell but I wont be going back there EVER !!!

Horrible! It never fails when your the most hungry & Taco Bell sounds good they find a way to totally screw up your order, it wasnt even edible! Order: burrito supreme - Mexican pizza 1.The meat had the worst texture that Ive never experienced at any other Taco Bells 2.very strong nasty after taste that wont go away 3.burito shell was mangled with rips & tears everywhere,looked like it was chewed up & returned only for me to be the next dummy to order one 4.mexican pizza looked as if it was dropped upside down & after one bite I threw it away I want to drive back up there & throw this mess at the window I was so upset,after not eating here in a long time I see Im not missing anything. Your managers should be ashamed of what there serving cause its disgusting!

Honestly, their food is the best part, its made quickly and it seems pretty fresh to me, the only thing that bugs me is the people that work there, they arent there to help you immediately and they are too busy "helping other customers" to help you, ill notice that more when a person orders and the cashier will immediately go make it. But then the people who arent doing anything just sit there and dont help you until the other person is done. I will continue to go there only because of how fast they make my food and how good it is. The service and help needs a little work tho.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Worse customer service ever in my life. Just watch a crew member call off a order and throw it on the counter and said "or not" because they didnt get up in 1.5 seconds... mind you they waited 30 minutes for the order. Sat and watch the front counter guy not say thank you to 1 person out of 10 people that had ordered. Not apologize for waiting 30 minutes for everyones food that was in lobby. Worse place and NEVER WILL GO BACK. We walked out without our food or money back it was that horrible.

Worst Taco Bell in Michigan. Ive had better from Detroit! I just ordered two loaded grillers with "light" sour cream, which obviously means fill the whole thing up with sour cream, and barely any potatoes(Or the Tomatoes I paid extra for) these potatoes were so hard, that it felt like biting through hard candy! Its absolutely terrible, and Im going to be placing this Taco Bell in the BBB public watchlist. I just got off work and i just want to eat something and sleep. I cant even describe how angry I am right now!

Well ever time we go we order stuff at the drive through and every time we look in the bag we are missing stuff. One time the girl at the window gave us 23 hot sauce packets but still didnt give us the right drink. Last time we ordered the new iceies and got just baja and yes we were changed for them. We are about to go to taco bell but we are driving past the Mount clemens and going to hall Rd one instead. Every time we leave we are missing something. Always check your food before you leave the window.

Just went there and ordered a 5 dollar box with no tomatoes and a few other things for my partner remind you im elergic to tomatoes he isnt he love tamatoes they went and didnt put tamatoes on anything im happy they was not on mone but he cant eat it with out tomatoes they ruined a meal and a appetite never going there again they to worried about being on they phones and flirting to relies how to make food they need managment

Super slow drive-thru, I was in line for 20mins on my 30min lunch break, 15 of which I was at the window with no one coming to even take my money or say anything to me! And to top things off the cashier shorted me $1 on my change so I had to correct her to get the rest of my change! Food was good from what I tasted but I only had 5mins left to eat once I made it back to work which is just one street over!!

This place just flat out does not care about their customers. As a human, I make mistakes. And I accept the fact that every human makes mistakes, but these guys just screw up just tp screw up. If you want your order given to you the way you want it, I suggest ordering something completely different than what you want. Service-BAD food quality-BAD Time- not too bad.... But we didnt get what we ordered.

Been there several times, and everytime my order was messed up. Today I got a Deal B w/Pepsi and a Naked Chicken chips Box w/Lrg Pepsi. Instead, I got 2 smashed 7 layer burritos, 3 crunchy tacos and chips. BTW their drinks ALWAYS taste like soda water. No syrup, no sugar. Do not go here! Took their survey and made sure corporate got a good piece of my mind.

I had a simple order that could be made. It wasnt messed up once, nor twice, but it was messed up three times. All that was done about my order was that I got a coupon for my order being messed up. I will never go back there to spend my money because of this and previous experiences of my order being messed up

Been there several times and the food is good but service is horrible. Went there tonight to get some food. It was about 3:45am and when I pulled in there was a car at the window. I sat at the order screen for 6 minutes then when I decided to leave there was someone inside waving to me as I drove away.

Wish they didnt burn my quesadilla to the point of where I couldnt even eat it... not to mention half the item had no toppings on it at all so it was just burnt pita bread. never had food this bad from any taco bell. I know its fast food but its still gotta be food... it should still be edible!

This one is actually quite far from my home. But I go here cause I have never had one problem, the food stays warm all the way back. Its always fresh and the prices are great for me. I just wish the people who work there were more welcoming. Thats the only thing I see wrong with this place.

Just got food there about 15 mins ago. Food was cold... all of it. The chulupas was hard as a rock. This is not the first time we have gotten bad service from this place. It will be the LAST time I go to this taco bell. They are sloppy as well.
