I was an employee. On christmas eve, I discovered a pan of beef patties in the walk in cooler that had gotten pushed to the very back, dated from mid September. I attempted to throw the 50+ patties away. They smelled HORRIBLE! They had discolored. The manager, Dan Carter told me to "season them with garlic aioli and powdered siracha seasoning and put them by the grill. We will use them first." I told him no way, that will make people sick, and maybe kill them. Understand, the beef had a greyish color, and small green spots He said cooking the 3 month expired patties, combined with the seasoning, would kill the smell and any bacteria. I refused and he fired me on the spot. I said I was going to call the health department, he told me by the time they responded, the patties would be already cooked and sold, and that he would say I was fired for intoxication, or theft or sexual harassment, or "whatever comes to mind" and that I was just "an angry disgruntled employee.". I left and just got off the phone with the department of health. Believe me or dont, you have been warned. What if it was your family eating here? Would you take the risk with their health, possibly there lives? Like I said, believe me or dont, I followed my heart and conscience, and have posted this as a warning. If I can keep one person from getting sick from Dan Carters dangerous mismanagement, then I have done my job.

We keep hearing how great the food is at red robin, so we decided to go there and find the most fabulous food , service, and guess what... Very disappointed burger king burgers blows red robin burgers out of the water. We both ordered our burger medium and they were well done and the waitress never asked us how everything was it took her 15 minutes to get us some napkins, never a refill on our pop, and rude as hell. The bill came and we were never asked if we wanted anything else. Plus the bill was just tossed on the table because her other table she was waiting on must have been her friends or good tippers because she spent all the time we were there at that table. I would suggest to go to sams club on Friday for free samples you will be more full and satisfied, or burger king you will also get full, friendly staff and a fresh burger. My review is if I could would be negative 5 . THE LAST THING IS GOURMET MY ASS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have visited this location a food time and never got sick. Our waiter James, who goes by Jim spitted in our babys food. The rest of the food he didnt spit in was really good. My son order a royal Red Robin (the one with the egg on top) after taking his first bite, he quickly spitted it out. After lifting the bread from the top of the sandwich, you could clearing see the luge. I was angry, I wanted to attack Jim, but since we dont live in that era. I am force to write on yelp. Please dont take warning to James, who goes by Jim, lightly. My family is sick with Food poisoning and the only one of the day according to the gm. my wife had to return to make an official comment about this to the management at Red Robin. I believe they will do the right and fire him Update: The general manager said they didnt see him on camera do anything, so there is nothing he can do.

I had always loved red robin and after a super busy day i thought it would be nice to go there for a quality burger and fries. I got there and was sat in a corner where my waitress didnt even get to me till 20 minutes after i arrived. I then ordered a freckled lemonade which took 15 minutes. After i order a cup of soup and the royal red robin (bacon and a sunny side up egg) with sweet potato fries. Everything arrived at once which was somewhat frustrating. The soup was fantastic but the fries where freezing and some couldnt be bit into. The burger was cold as well, the cheese was melted but crusted and the egg yolk was solid. I waited 45 minutes-an hour and a half for my burger, fries, and soup and was EXTREMELY disappointed. The restaurant wasnt even busy and the manager wouldnt even come out to apologize. NOT coming back, and i dont advice others to.

Not coming here again. The portions are nothing like they used to be what so ever and they charge you more now! The service is awful. Everytime I come here for lunch the servers take years to come back, even when theres literally 3 people in the section. I dont understand. Its not like 5 minutes wait either its literally 15 or more. They should have raised prices and keep original servings because this new stuff is no where near as good as what it was. Not to mention the lady added pur order wrong so I spent $10 extra when it was her mistake and by the time I stopped arguing with her I said whatever just swipe the card. We go the soup sandwich meal and it was listed on the menu I showed her and she said I was wrong. Done.

I was very disappointed in my visit to Red Robin for the following reasons: Server Angelica was not very friendly. She needs to learn how to interact with the customers better and make them feel welcome. The food was definitely not "Gourmet". The attached picture shows the "onion" that was on a burger. It was the outer skin of an onion that was browned on a grill and put on the burger! What kind of cook serves food like that? A cook that doesnt care I say. Endless fries? First of all I was never asked if I wanted more fries. Secondly I would have refused anyway as they were barely warm and more on the soggy side.

Ive seen/heard so many advertisements for this place that I wanted to try it out. I wanted to like this place, but I didnt. The good: Clean restaurant, clean restrooms, friendly staff, and good fries. Our food was served quickly, and our drinks were kept full. Unfortunately, I didnt think the burger was very good, and the prices were much higher than one would expect from a burger joint. I could have had a prime rib dinner for about the same price. There are better local options for great burgers. In my opinion, you can get a better burger at most fast food places.

Went this place cause it was my daughter birthday after waiting more then an hour the waiter told us we would be charged 18% individually for service. Who tells you that at A Burger joint. 18% I knew they did this cause we were black. Any other time if there is a gratitude Service charge its printed from the register NOT HAND WRITTEN. And promise you I will not be going back THIS PLACE DO NOT LIKE SERVING BLACK PEOPLE. YOU CAN KEEP YOUR ENDLESS FRIES.

They continue to expand there menu and i dont know if its for the best or not. The burgers are the calling card and no what they do they still make god burgers. The whisky burger had a nice sweet and smokey kick. Even though they give you unlimited fries they give you a small portion each time. Theyve added the special dipping sauces, the garlic aioli is great but the rest are not that great. The bacon sauce disappointed big time. Service was fine.
