I wish I could give half a star. I just got an "Ultimate Supreme Pizza" at this location. Not only was it made at 2PM (its now after 5PM), it was cold, half of the toppings were missing, and it was gross. there was almost no "handle" crust on one side, the other side had more than 1 1/2 inch of it, and it wasnt cut all of the way through. I can usually down half of one of these pizzas, I couldnt even stomach half a piece this time. Top top off this experience, the guy at the window was more than unprofessional, he smelled bad and was dripping sweat all over the place. I called them up to complain, and the "Manager" on the phone kind of shrugged it off, didnt offer a refund, replacement, or anything. Up until now, I have been a regular, now I will never visit there again. I will go to another location. This place needs to be totally restaffed, or shut down completely.

Called ahead with my order. Girl working asked me my name 3 times, then I spelled it for her. Got the and they had no order ready for me. Cash register wasnt working, store manager couldnt figure it out. Manager had to ask the young assistant manager to fix the register. Cashier went to help getting orders ready, manager told him to stay put. Manager mentioned health inspector wanted cashiers to wash their hands each and every time before they handled the food. Then manager proceeded to touch food without washing his hands. Hungry Howies is right down the street and Pizza Hut is the other direction on East Bay Drive - go to Hungry Howies or Pizza Hut instead of this Little Caesars.

Our pizza definitely was hot and ready. The staff greeted us upon entry which is expected at most retail and food establishments but not always delivered. We decided on the pepperoni pizza despite the fact that vegetarian in me briefly but passively interjected. Overall the pizza was well made and very satisfying. Surprisingly, the service turned out to be even better.

Last Saturday night I pulled up into the drive thru at 6:30pm. After I waited forever I had to park, waited forever again, got out and went inside. I finally left at 7:15pm!!!! They either need to hire more people or make more product ahead of time if they know they are going to be busy. Sadly that will be my last visit.

Worst store ever!! Hot N Ready? More like Pay, Park and wait. Worst service ever!!! Took my order(one order of hot n ready pep pizza and bread sticks) had me pay and then told me to park and wait behind 6 other parked cars! Worst service I ever received! Never returning. Gives little Caesars hot n ready a bad name!

Horrible customer service. Didnt even get greeted while I stood at the counter for 5 minutes. Got a funny look a couple times by one of the kids standing behind the counter.. He didnt look smart enough to ring me out, or use the register... At least a good- evening, someone smarter will be right with you...

I called for a simple order and the guy who answered couldnt understand what 1/2cheese meant. He then just sat the phone down without saying a word and left me hanging. I hung up and called back and its still busy a half hour later. (I tried more then once) Horrible customer service. Not going back.

Stood inside at the cash register for 10 minutes. 3 people saw me waiting and said nothing. Manager was also there and neglected to say anything. Busy night I can understand, but they also gave me the wrong kind of pizza and overcharged me. Ill drive farther to the other location from now on.

They are very courteous people. My daughter was sleeping in the car seat and heard one employee saying that he would keep it down so the baby wouldnt wake up. I thought that was very considerate of him and everyone else for not hassling him over it. And the pizza and bread sticks were good.

Food was good, service was horrible. Was told I did not need to phone my order in ahead, as they had them ready to go for pick up. Arrived at location and they were backed up and nothing was ready, ended up waiting 20 mins, not the first time this has happened.

Available hot and ready at 4.pm thats a lie. Everyone wearing a hat but the one making the pizza...yuck. No gloves, and where have your hands been. Needless to say...Never again. Too many other places for pizza. Can we say false advertisement.

When I want a cheap, small cheese pizza quickly and am too lazy (or sick) to cook one in the oven, this is my go-to. The price is almost the same as store bought anyway, so it works for me. Plus theres hardly ever a wait.

Its Little Ceasars so the value for the money is there. Service on the other hand is inconsistent, some of the staff is friendly the other half is creppy. Some items are hot and ready others are cold and require a wait.
