ZERO STARS 0. It is amazing how this place is still in buisness. The owners of Fat cats pizza are extreamly rude and arrogant, there sone cody that calls him self a manager is the worst of all. I USE to spend hundreds a year with fat cats for partys, never again because of him. Arguing with a customer and throwing weight around saying "well im the owners sone and theyll tell you the same thing" is wrong and his mother isnt any better. Teach your kid to respect the customer. By the way, the conversation the second time he was spoken to is rechorded so before you believe the "4 people at the bar" get the auctual facts. Never again will i spend another cent at this establishment and everyone thinking about going to fatcats be warned. Word of mouth advertising is more powerfull than you might think.

ZERO STARS!!!! My coworkers and I have ordered there many times!! Great food. Whenever we had an issue it was always handled and taken care of immediately. This past time we ordered and they tried to charge 2.00 per order for delivery. Although all the orders are going to the same place at the same time. Never have they EVER done this. So on that note they will be losing a lot of business, not only from my coworkers and I, but our families, our other coworkers.... we will be sure to let anyone and everyone know how they are conducting business now. Good bye Fat Cats!! We will now be doing business with other pizza joints who welcome large company orders!!!

It is 10:33 pm on Tuesday night. We are starving. I called in an order for delivery at 8:30 pm. Stromboli...wings.. Breadstix....no problem they said...I didnt even complain that it would be 45 minutes since they were delivering...I was ecstatic....I mean such a cool name for a pizza joint..first nite in a new town....just got done driving for a half a day to get here.......STILL NO PIZZA...I called at 10:10 pm and let it ring 100 times....They did not even have the courtesy to pick up the phone and apologize. Icant imagine I will be ordering from them again anytime soon...I AM IRATE...N more than a little hungry....

We first ordered a pizza about a month ago. The crust was well under cooked. When I called the store the girl told me that she was aware that the oven was not working right. The next day I returned the pizza. The guy said that I was lieing and the ovens werr fine. He said I would have a credit for $14.99. Tonight I called to redeem my credit. She told me I was only credited$12.99 and I had to pay another delivery charge. We got the pizza and it was under cooked again! I will never order from there again!

I had my first 4 h meeting at Fat Cats Pizza on Ety Road in Lancaster ohio The service we received was outstanding. They had the pizza on warmers and the water and pop continued to be filled. The service was outstanding and I want to thank MR and MRs Blankenship and Autumn for all they did to make our time there awesome. Thank you and I will recommend you highly for parties. Great Pizza. The interior is a flash back to 50s diner style, pretty neat. However Do Not call and expect them to even pick up the phone to entertain the idea of placing an order within 25 min of them closing. Lazy lazy, lazy. Ive heard mixed things about this location and ignored them as an isolated thing. Very disappointing. Should say closing at 9:30pm not 10pm during the week.

Anybody that gives a bad review must have their heads up their a.... My family has known these people from the start and have NEVER had bad food or bad service. We have tried almost EVERY item on their menu and can truthfully say it IS worth your time to order from them. The taste is superb on all menu items .Their quality shows !!!!!!

The pizza here is amazing!!! Their pizza has a thin yet doughy crust with a sweet pizza sauce. We just went with the classic cheese pizza and although simple, it was amazing! Im not sure I would even try anything but just cheese! We went on a Friday night to hear the live band and it just made the perfect family night out!

Im assuming the staff wasnt expecting a busy Friday lunch crowd. They only had one server on and she was overwhelmed. Somehow, the pizza warmer had turned off so all the pizza was cold. Bathrooms werent clean either. Pizza was decent...Once they made new ones and the warmer was working.

I live near Chicago and Ive had the best of the best....Ginos, Giordonos, Nancys, Lou Malnaltis, etc. IMO Fat Cats stands above them all. Whenever Im in Lancaster to visit my mom, I ALWAYS have to have Fat Cats. Ill take Fat Cats over any pizza . . . bar none!

One of the workers there named Morgan I believe was just god awful every time I asked him a question he just looked at me and meowed like is it a role playing restaurant idk but trust me Im never eating there again. On top of that the food was very nasty.

This is by far the best pizza joint in Lancaster. Actually Id say all of the central Ohio region. If youve never tried this, you owe it to yourself too! And Id recommend going on a Friday or Saturday evening because they have live music as well!

Pizza was decent. Had to wait most of lunch hour before pizza hit the buffet. They were fixing multiple really large pizzas for pickup orders which caused people to just sit and wait actually at restaurant.

We found Fat Cats on our honeymoon 33 years ago, and its been our favorite pizza ever since! Now we bring our grandkids too! Awesome pizza and pasta! One of our weekly haunts!
