Ordered a large pizza at 10:30pm for delivery 4 mins away from donatos. They had still not arrived by 11:30pm so I called to check on the order and they said they were on their way. Still had not received the pizza by 12am midnight! Called again for the second time and they had claimed to have the wrong address and wrong phone number (which I had them repeat back to me and they were correct.) The man on the phone preceded to tell me that the delivery man did make it to my location but my street address number was too high and could not be located.... So they did have my address, and didnt bother calling when they were in the area to actually deliver the pizza or bother to call me to let me know they werent even going to deliver it at all. The man on the phone then told me he had already shut down the ovens and it would take 20 minutes to turn them back on and offered to bring the original pizza that was made an hour and a half ago back...... No thank donatos. Ill take my money back, plenty of other pizza places willing to offer better customer service.

There was hair in my pizza. I called to let them know, was asked to return the pizza for a replacement and got attitude the entire time. I (inconveniently) left home to take my pizza back and get the replacement and the "manager" came to the drive thru window and asked me "did you discover it while eating it?" Umm yea?! The pizza was more that half there. As if I would be this inconvenienced on a Sunday evening with my family for a free less than half a pizza? Will take my business to Gender and Refugee from now on.

Quick quality service. You need to be a little careful as weve been served burnt pizzas a couple of times. One time the manager even put it in a box to try to conceal it being burnt and then played dumb when we brought it to her attention. Theyve always replaced the burnt pizzas and typically they provide great service.

I have never eaten Donatos pizza or subs until moving to Columbus and usually only frequented the more well known chains. I have to say I have become a Donatos lifer now! The cheeses used on their pizzas are delicious and their subs are out of this world. Top notch every time!

Was a little disappointed in my order. First wings were not cooked all the way (a big no no) and second both salads I ordered were different. Paid same price, but items were missing on one. First time this has happened! I will give it another try, just it was a new person

First time Ive eaten here in 15 years and could not wait to try it again. My pizza was burned beyond belief. The sides and top were black, as well as the bottom. I didnt even eat one peice. I doubt I will eat this crap for re another 15 years.

Consistent with the Donatos franchise, with good, fresh, hot food. Its a convenient location. Their drive-thru window can be a long wait and unfortunately not conveniently set up for traffic flow.

Issues to be so delicious and fresh, but now its fake. McDonalds ruined then years ago. Miss the fresh food. Also, the prices keep increasing even though theyre using cheaper products. Not cool.
