We have a large office and used to order from Beach all the time. The last few times however the orders were cold, incomplete, and late. We stopped ordering. This morning we decided after several months that we would try them again. Unfortunately, the order was again wrong, with items missing. The Buffalo shrimp is awful, small and over cooked. There was also a burger that was incorrect. I called about the missing items and they wanted to credit us. Well I said no, remake the food, with the missing items and have it here by lunchtime. They did so but not without attitude. The driver was nice as always but the people answering the phones and dealing with the customers needs to be retrained (or rethought). They also demanded the old incorrect burger be returned with the driver. Really? Not that it matters, but I have never heard of such a thing. Garbage is garbage no matter where you toss it.

ROTTEN FOOD- HORRIBLE- As a longtime customer this is the 2nd time I have had ROTTEN FOOD. ROTTEN SALADS, COLD ROTTEN MUSHROOMS AND COLD OLD FRENCH FRIES. The Girls behind the counter are too busy talking to each other and the Manager Nathan does not care about what is going on with the Food or the packaging. The PIZZA has cold under cooked crusts and can pasta sauce. I called and told them I wanted no refund but that I am turning them in to the local and state Health Inspectors. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT EAT HERE. I went into the place and got this HORRIBLE order to go. The first time this happened I was able to show them and they replaced the food. This 2nd time I was too angry to go back as I am done with this place. WAKE UP BEACH PIZZA- YER GONNA GET SHUT DOWN.

Im giving this place five stars just because of the chicken wings. Im a chicken wings aficionado and this is by far the best. I moved to California and there are some pretty good joints out here but I will say I miss my hot buffalo chicken wings from beach pizza at the Largo mall. However, everything else they do sucks (pizza, garlic knots etc.). But if you are in a journey of finding the best buffalo chicken wings this is it. They should dedicate there time just doing chicken wings. They are the perfect size, crispy and tasty.

Terrible cashiers. I paid with my Debit card and she asked for ID for a small charge that was less then 5.00….And she said for identity theft purposes…. Not even he big restaurants or stores do that. This blondie , long very yellow hair, should not be in customer service. Also the waitresses would first stare at me because I am not causcasian...Like they have never seen somebody different...Prejudice?.Their food is awful I had a slight diarrhea after Willk never go to that place again

Terrible. We used to love this pizza and would order as a treat because it is a bit pricey. Tonight the order was wrong, sausage instead of pepperoni, cut the pie when we asked that they didnt. Crust had no flavor. Hubby called and they offered to deliver another one but it was 8pm. Hubby said no and heard arguing in the background when someone asked if they would give a credit. Husband heard no. Last time we order or visit. You couldnt hold a candle to Charlie and Millies PIZZA!

Slices average around $2.50 which is a bit high but they are pretty big and VERY good. Monday through Thursday they have some kind of special going which usually makes it a bit more affordable. $3.00 pints of Stella is going at the moment which tipped the scales from 4 to 5 stars for me. They also have gaming consoles with Xbox and Nintendo games for your kids to play while the grown ups sip on Stella and complain about politics. 4.7/5.0

I cant believe I was told they were only open for another hour! No cheese or pepperoni slices because its 10 on a Saturday night?! Cashier didnt care if I ordered. She just told less than an hour and they close at 11. I pointed to clock and told her its 10:01. Its 10:12 now and they look out of business in there. No food out, a bunch of teens hurrying to get out. Too bad. Im at largo mall. I hope the other 2 arent like this!

Food and service are great! Amazing staff here. Always polite on the phone when I call. Pizza is outstanding. Dont mind if they ask for my i.d when paying with a card because thats just part of their job. Ive had someone steal my wallet before and used my card at a couple places before getting caught. It makes me happy this place actually checks. It prevents theft. Will definitely be back!

Always great food and pleasant service. Since I am a regualr customer, they went out of their delivery area for me when I was babysitting. They have excellent pizza, wings, spaghetti and steak & cheese. I am sure their other food is just as good! People have complained about their delivery times, but this location has always been honest about how long it will take. Thanks Beach Pizza!

The pizza is phenomenal, however, part of the dining experience is the service. For the 3 times I have been to this location- there is confusion about which register is open causing longer wait times , the employees are less than enthusiastic , and the registers are malfunctioning. This does make me think twice about patroning this local business.

Not sure who was doing the hiring a few moths back but the customer service was terrible from the new hires. The food is always Great but when the meal is being served with a negative attitude, it ruins the whole relaxed atmosphere experience. I passed by today, I seen a familiar face. I found out she is now the manager. We will be going back.

You know its pretty bad that you can predict that your order will be wrong and almost exactly what will be wrong with it. I get the same thing every time and EVERY TIME they mess it up. But because of where I work and our hours, this is one of the few places that delivers here. I dont know how this happens EVERY SINGLE TIME, but its pretty sad.

The food is always excellent. I did have an issue once with an order for delivery never arriving. They ended up staying at the place an hour past their closing time to get the order to me, they then didnt charge me for anything. Good place I dont know what people are talking about with the customer service, its usually pretty good.

This is my final Beach Pizza order. The last 5 times I have ordered my food took way longer than it shouldve (an hour and a half or 2 hours each time), the delivery driver gets "lost", my food is cold, my order is wrong and at this point I refuse a free meal from there. Dont waste your money or your time.

Long time customer. I like the food, was disappointed once and they comped me the next order. They either need to quit offering delivery or get their act together. If you do manage to get through on their phone line you get put on hold FOREVER! Mostly a call to them jut gets a busy signal. -Frustrated
