My husband and I went in for wings and beer. Food came out and was ok. We were about half way through eating and my husband said "Oh my God" there was a cockroach climbing up the side of his beer mug. He killed it and called over the waitress. She picked up the napkin with the smashed roach on it and said "Ewww" and took it away. Needless to say we were finished with our meal. Funny thing was no manager came and apologized, hell the waitress never even said a damn word! What has happened to customer service. We were still charged the full amount as though nothing had happened. We know a lot of our friends go there for wings. I will be telling everyone I know to save their money and find a new CLEAN place to buy wings.

Love the wings and come every chance I get. But I have to agree with others, this place doesnt know the meaning of the word clean. There are always bugs. Its always dirty. I dont know how they get past the health department. But its fried food. As long as its hot theres minimal risk of getting sick.

Little to almost no service with poor quality, kitchen is very slow and when food did come out was burnt and tasteless. Very poor quality food and service.
