el 5 de enero, fui con mi familia a celebrar el cumpleanos de mi mama ,hice la reservacion 1 hora antes y para 12 personas y pedi 3 pollos a la brazas , cuando llegamos solo tenian para 8 personas, nos dijeron que luego nos acomodaria cuando lleguen los demas personas, se demoraron como 40 minutos para traer el primer plato . lo desagradable fue cuando llegaron las amistades y no habia lugar para que se siente ,entonces esperamos que se desocupe una mesa y la mesera nos dijo que si queremos podemos cojer la mesa, lo cual se ve mal servicio que ofrecen , tubimos nosotros que acomodar las mesas para sentarnos todos juntos, luego sale el mesero que es hijo del dueno y muy grosero y malcriado sin respeto nos llamo la atencion por coguer la mesa de atras, nos dijo que no se podia cojer la mesa para unirla con las demas que mi familia tenia que sentarse en 2 mesas separadas, todos estabamos en un mismo grupo y cuando llame le dije el numero de personas que eramos y nunca me dijeron que no se podia, se porto muy insolente por poco y nos vamos todos de ahi , pero ya habiamos consumido algo y otro cliente entro a calmar la discucion , el mesero insolente que es hijo del dueno no respondia cuando le decia yo que solucion hay , es un irespetuoso que no se que se cree , racista porque todos eramos hispanos y el tiene toda la cara de peruano neto como sus padres , nunca pidio disculpas y tenia mala actitud, por ello no deveria trabajar ahi aunque sea hijo del dueno. al final la meserta que nos atendio estaba muy servicial , aunque la comida sea buena , el servicio de espera , el ambiente pequeno y el mal comportamiento del hijo del dueno fue lo peor que se ve de un restaurant , por ello no lo recomiendo , ni volvere a ir a ese lugar . January 5, I went with my family to celebrate my moms birthday, I made the reservation one hour before and for 12 people and three chickens to pedi fathoms, when we only had 8 people, then we were told when we accommodate other people arrive, were delayed about 40 minutes to bring the starter. unpleasantness was when friends arrived with no place to sit, so we expect to vacate a table and the waitress told us that if we can grab the table, which looks bad service they offer, Tubimos us to accommodate tables to sit together, then comes the waiter and son of the owner is very rude and disrespectful brat caught our attention by coguer the back table, told us that he could not grab the table to join with the others that my family I had to sit at two separate tables, we were all in the same group as you call said the number of people we were and they never told me that he could not, he behaved very insolently by little and we are all there, but we had already consumed something and another customer entered discucion soothe the insolent waiter who is the son of the owner did not respond when I told him that no solution is a irespetuoso not believed, because we were all Hispanic racist and has full face Peruvian net of their parents, never apologized and had bad attitude, so do not even work there deveria owners son. At the end the waitress who greeted us was very helpful, although the food is good, the service expected, the small environment and bad behavior of the owners son was the worst thing that a restaurant is therefore not recommended, nor Will go to that place.

I went in for the first time with a bunch of co-workers who had been there before, they told me the food was great, but if I wanted white meat chicken (which is the ONLY thing I eat), I might have an issue. Well Everyone ordered their food and it was my turn, I asked the waitress if the lunch special came with WHITE MEAT? She said hold on, went to the kitchen, came out and said; No it finished for the day. I said oh ok so give me more time to look over the menu again. Well me and my co-workers decided to ask the waitress if they had either 1/2 or whole chicken available, and she said YES! My next question was, "well why cant I have White Meat"? She said they werent going to CUT UP A CHICKEN JUST FOR ME!!!! The worst thing is that I ended up getting breaded steak and it was greasy and it tasted BLOODY!!!! Yes like blood. Needless to say I couldnt eat the steak so I ate the side item which was fried sweet potatoe fries. I called the waitress over and told her that my food tasted wierd, her answer was "THE MEAT IS WELL COOKED". I told her I never said it wasnt cooked, what I said was that it has a Bloody taste and I dont want it. So she says, "WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO?". My co-worker asked to see the owner, he came to the table and said. "WHAT DO YOU WANT?". I said my food taste..... he didnt let me finish saying what was wrong, grabbed the plate went into the kitchen and never came back out to ask if I wanted something else, nor did the waitress. But what I did see is every employee that was in the kitchen looking out at me thru a small window and pointing at me. When the waitress finally came back to our table, I asked "WHAT HAPPENED TO MY FOOD?", she said "HES NOT GOING TO CHARGE YOU FOR IT"! FInally its not about payiong for the food that I ordered but come on people service is what really gets clients to come back and talk about the great experiences. Now all I have to talk about is that DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE regarless of what the food taste like. VERY POOR SERVICE!

WOW!!!!! This place is phenomenal for those who love Peruvian food and even for those who want to try something new, you must come here! The restaurant is situated in an old shopping center and is quite small once you walk in. I believe it has about 6 or so tables. As soon as you sit down you are served popcorn kernels as a snack in addition to an array of various homemade authentic Peruvian sauces that you can use for your meal. My husband and I ordered the whole chicken, small fries and the papa la huancaina for about $28 total and we had food left over. Absolutely great price for the food and great service! The papa la huancaina is a MUST. This is a potato dish that is covered with a delicious yellow sauce that just cant be described, but just know that the moment you have it you will forever love the taste! The chicken itself has so much flavor, you dont even need to use the delicious sauces that are provided at the table, but I had to sue the sauces just because they were so delicious as well! I highly recommend this place to everyone!!! I cannot wait to come back for some more delicious authentic Peruvian food.

Es un completo relajo..primero ni te saludan ni te dan las gracias sólo se pasan jugando y conversando unos muchachos que estan en recepción..ni se percatan de tu pedido estuve más de 25 minutos esperando y eso k no había muchas personas y encima de todo carísimo y feo..no regreso nuncaaa, ni lo recomiendo..definitivamente me quedo con Memories of Perú pollos a la brasa Ahí sí tienen una atención de calidad y es muy cómodo y riko..sólo que me queda un poco más lejos de casa pero valdrá la pena.
