No more grilled chicken? Just had it 2 weeks ago at this location....but tonite was told KFC doesnt carry it any more? Also didnt get the extra side order of mashed potatoes and gravy we ordered. Called and asked for a manager...boy on the phone said he was the manager. Says he put my name on "the list" for missing items and I can come back anytime to get the item. They have a "list" for this? Poor customer service!!

the manager threw a pair of scuffed Jays at me and called me young trihard. SHe said racist slurs to my friend arinze and called him a welfare office dumpster baby. The manager then proceeded to take off in his Dodge Charger and was sent to prison. The scene of the family he crashed into reeked of watermelon and cool aid, it was a sad scene Cx

Just had the worse experience. .. the famous bowl that we have gotten before... was awful, it tasted like they washed the bowl but never rinsed it, it tasted soapy. Then we went for the double down that we have also gotten before and the chicken was over cooked...badly. it was burnt. Not sure if we will go back there again.

My daughter and I go here frequently for dinner and lunches. So far we have not strayed from choosing one of the $5 boxes. I would have to say that the food is consistently good. The staff always greets us when we enter and is helpful through the entire process. Very friendly people.

KFCs chicken is very soggy & greasy. Although it is an easy quick meal to pick up to serve the whole family. I think what makes KFC "ok" is that their side dishes are pretty good. I recommend the biscuits & mashed potatoes.

This place is infested with roaches. They have roach traps touching food containers and the still use it to give out to costumers... their drink dispensers are slimy because of poor washing.. wouldnt recommend.

Had a weird experience here where someone ordered all the crispy chicken they had on stock; they compensated me with extra pieces of the original recipe because of it.
