5 Stars for the Half Price Shakes after 8pm all throughout the summer! My reviews are honest & unsolicited. The Manager at night Chuck goes above & beyond. Crafted me a perviously limited edition shake from last summer! He made me the shake from knowledge & it was delicious! Wild Berry & Lavender I suggest this too any adult, children may not like it. Also made me a Malt that was also not on the menu. This guys gives great service & I suggest this place for late night shakes. At the moment I cannot review the food as I o ly visit for shakes! The prices are a bit high for faster food. Sonic is not fast food, they are a restaurant! Prices look a bit higher than McDonalds & Burger King. Maybe compares better to a Five Guys or Steak & Shake in price for food. This is all Ive got at the moment.

Food made me sick. I would give this place 0 stars if that were an option. Firstly, I love Sonic, but this location topped one of my worst fast food encounters in my life. Order the food. It comes out we tip the guy. Make it home. Realize its not what we ordered. Great. Time to go back out to retrieve a correction. Get there. Complain to mgmt. He says he doesnt care. Wow. It gets worse, the food looks like its been half eaten. Ordered 5 chicken strips for $9. Only received 3 with toast that looked like a few bites had been taken out of it. Had diarrhea after I ate the 3 because I dont have money to waste. Worst Sonic I have ever experienced. This place is so great, just not this one. Avoid like the plague.

I always order the pineapple upside down blast and when its made the right way, very delicious, but I always have to tell the person how to make it, because they always miss an ingredient. They often forget the pie crusts that go inside the blast which upsets me everytime, because I drive a long distance just for that particular blast. I went recently again and the manager at the Sonic in naples, fl told me that the blast is no longer made with the pie crusts anymore, but its advertised on the website that way. Word to management, have the supplies to make the items as advertised and train your staff to make them as advertised, dont make the customer feel stupid.

The service was terrible. My group was told that service was only available at the drive-through, although other patrons were being served at the drive-in spots. When I was finally able to place an order 20 minutes after I arrived, it took roughly another 20 minutes to receive my food. Further compounding the problem was the failure to accurately fill the order. To top it all off, it wasnt even as good as other Sonic locations. Its unfortunate that this Sonic was so disappointing, because its usually quite delicious. Thanks to the sour taste left in my mouth from the whole experience, I doubt that I will be returning.

All in all not a BAD location, what really bothers me is when I order a blast. Honestly 95% of the time I order them and stress I want no whipped cream, I still get it. You have to do MORE work to mess it up. And every, and I mean literally every time Ive asked them to fix it, they just scrape it off rather than making a new one because you can see it on the sides. Thankfully Im not, and luckily for their sake Im not allergic. But regardless its a matter of principal.

I am not fussy and will eat almost anything. However the food I was served from Sonic was by far the most disgusting meal I have ever eaten. The onion rings tasted .....like cake?? I cant put words to it. And the chili dog was basically chili in a can over a dried out hotdog on a huge bun. The fries were cold and tasted similar to the onion rings. Not to mention they got our order wrong, I will never ever ever eat at any Sonic again !!

Have been to this sonic multiple times. Everytime I have had a good experience although tonight was a longer wait than usual. An employee by the name of , Victor, apologized for the wait and also offered my friend and I free shakes. Awesome experience and also thank you again Victor PS for the people complaining you need to get off your high horse. It is amazing food, so get over yourselves.

Most the time in the day I come everything is good. I ended up having to work a double and tried to come at 11:00 and there are absolutely no staff. Took literally 30min to sit and get a drink. All I wanted was a strawberry limeade another competitor needs to make something similar because I would go elsewhere.

Im no rocket scientist but I know when I order a Coney Dog it should not come as two hot dogs on two buns in one wrapper. I am not happy about this. I keep looking at the two dogs in the tray and I feel I have been lied too. All Mike wanted was a Pepsi, all I wanted was a real Coney Dog.

Ordered a chili dog and a coney dog. Got 2 chili dogs. Service was fast and friendly...but food was horrible. The fries were cold and the onion rings were....funny tasting. I would not go back

Easily the slowest fast food joint in the US. Expect to wait at least 15 minutes every visit even if you just wanted ice cream. It has been like this for 3 years and counting.
