Great location with friendly service and finger licking good chicken just like the Colonel ordered. This place stays busy both inside and in their Drive-thru window. However, I did not notice any delays in getting my food, and everything tasted hot and fresh of their fryers. Their $20 Fill-Up was a great deal for a family of three, but it only comes with eight pieces of chicken. The Colonel needs to up his game and bump that up to a 10-piece so he can compete with Churchs, Popeyes and Bojangles.

Possibly the worst service, I have ever received in my life, the manager yelled no no no multiple times at the employees and us refusing to speak to me and my family, and all we wanted to do was order some food, more than willing to pay with no problems I have no idea what his problem was, long story short they refused to serve us and we had to go to McDonalds across the street 0/10 for a racist manager, I wish there was a rating that was less then a 1 star for this place

The cashier was too busy flirting with a customer, I had to repeat my order more than twice because she kept getting it wrong. The lobby looked like it hadnt been cleaned or stocked all day. The floors and tables were gross. It took nearly 20 minutes to get our food and we only ordered two famous bowls and a 3pc meal. The cashier also forgot to give us our drink cups. The food at least was good, but overall, the entire thing was just disappointing.

If I could give 0 or negative stars I would. This location is the worst. Ordered waited 30 minutes, and nothing. People that ordered behind us were getting their orders first. If your visiting Disney definitely dont go here. The only positive feedback i can give is that the manager was quick to refund our order. Couldnt tell you how the food was because we didnt recieve any. Not even an apology.

This is the second time theyve tried to get chicken pot pies from here. The first time I called them and they said they had no water so they couldnt make them this time we drop by and they said it would be 10 minutes. Then they said they had to remake them so that was an additional 22 minutes. We have been here about an hour and still do not have our pot piesI will not come back to this place again

Zero stars. Pathetic. Was told they had NO CHICKEN at a KFC and Id have to wait 20 min then I drive all the way to our hotel with hungry tired kids and was given the wrong sides. No mac and cheese for either child and the extra side of green beans I paid for didnt make it in the bag either! Dont go here after leaving Disney no matter how desperate you are they absolutely suck !!!!!!!!!

Worst KFC ever. I got grilled chicken and the pieces of chicken were so small there were only one to two bites of chicken on them. The green beans were greasy and had more juice than beans. The service was slow. There was nobody ahead of us and it was 6:30 pm on a Wednesday evening and it took 45 minutes to get our food. Several families behind us got their food before us.

Weve gone to this location a few times and they were out of chicken?? really??? lol Not sure if the team leader knows how to judge when the right time is to cook more. As I stood there for a few minutes, many customers were turned away..including me and my friend... trying to give you business...

Dominique is the best cashier ever. We are so blessed here in Kissimmee Florida to have Dominique working at this KFCOld town. Her smile. The way she helps the other employees. I am looking for to eating at KFC again and I still have 1/2 bucket of chicken. Yummy

Yes I just came back from going there for the second time to get things that I was missing... I think its ridiculous how the cashier was more attentive to her cell phone rather than making sure that everything was in the bag.. definitely not going back..

Shittty services. Closest to Disney and bound to have high traffic after parks closure. Despite this common sense the staffing is so less and poor that am standing for almost an hour to order. KFC shut it down rather than pissing off your customers!

11pm. 68 kid tour group speaking French took up all seating. Their order caused everyone else to wait 25 mins. When I got mine, only because I asked for a refund so they pushed mine up, it was wrong. My family had to eat in our car.

I waited in line for about 15 min and when I got to make my order I was told that there was no chicken and that if I wanted it, Id have to wait another 25 min... Horrible service for an area that is full of tourists

Just went thru drive thru & when I got home the order was wrong. Tried calling the number on the receipt & it goes to a fax machine. So CHECK your order before leaving as they dont seem to want to answer their phone

Need to train staff better - cashier wasnt rude, but was very careless and aloof. I had to ask if I can choose my sides and when I was handed the reciept, it was crumpled. Also forgot to give me one of the sides.
