I have been to this location on various occasions and this time, I am writing to you because the service is terrible. My first experience, EXCELLENT. The food was good. No mishaps. I was so happy that I returned the next day and that is when the nightmares began. The second time i ordered the $30 special, the same as the day before. The Hispanic Gentleman was running the location. He stated he was short on workers and staff that day. He messed up the order. I asked for specific wings, which were not the way I ordered them and my husband had to return because they did not have the entire order placed in my bag. The "Manager" stated would replace the order and could come in and reorder the entire order when I was ready. The third visit, I went in to claim the order that was messed up. The "Manager" did not have this placed in the book, as he had promised. He got on the phone and supposedly called the Owner, which he claimed he was part owner, but could not make the decision to replace my order. Finally, after 20 minutes of waiting and he running back and forth, trying to decide if was going to replace my order. He finally replaced it. but again there were things wrong, like I requested flats. All were not flats. I decided not to go back because I was tired of the aggravation. I have been back on several occasions since. I have had a problem with them, 6 of the 9 times I have been back to this location. The staff is rude. The female Manager needs to dress more appropriately, not with half her cleavage showing. Noone wants to see this when they are entering to order food. I go for my daugher because on the occcasions that I have ordered for my daughter, the wings have been ok, but when I order large orders, they staff seems not to be able to handle them. HORRIBLE SERVICE, I will never go back there again. I placed an order and was advised 20mins, went to pick the order up and waited an additional 17mins. The workers were so involved with closing up the place they totally neglected my order, mind you they didnt close until 12am I placed my order at 11:06pm. As I stood there with a disgusted look on my face waiting on my food, because I had to work at 11:45pm not to mention I was late due to waiting on this order. But the employee behind the counter was acting like I was bothering them "The heavy set one with the Horrible fake Eyelashes. I ordered my wings fried CRISPY but when I got to work thats not what they were, they were barely done. The only visit I will make there is tomorrow with the uneaten wings to request a refund..........

When they first opened on W. Market St, the service was fast, the people were nice and the food was surprisingly tasty. Lately - ordering online is a joke. The system says 17 minutes, but knowing past experiences its more like 25 minutes. My husband goes to pick up the food and it took OVER 45 minutes from the time I placed the order until the time he physically took hold of the bag. We had just ordered a family pack of wings - nothing extravagant. The plain boneless wings we ordered were very dry and almost seemed stale. The sauce saved the other ones from being too dry. So if you want to wait (on average) 30 minutes for mediocre wings, this is the place for you. Otherwise youre better off going out to an actual restaurant or another wing joint.

I went here yesterday for the fisrt time and the girl that was working the counter was so rude it completely turned me off.. when I walked in I was never greeted not even after I spoke to her... she just stared at me with a blank face then I asked her if I could taste test one of the sauses and with a nasty attitude she said WHICH ONE!(rolling eyes) as if I was bothering her or like she had better things to be doing at the moment and so with that I left empty handed I was going to call and make a complaint but judging from the other reviews I dnt think it would do much good looks like this place already has a bad reputation I wont be going back

I walked in and my food wasnt ready. I was late too. It took an additional 35 minutes. They dropped wings on the floor then put them in the fryer. The girl was on her phone the entire time and instigated a fight with me because I sat in the front and was watching them. They treated me so terribly and they put Bleu cheese in my bag. I asked for ranch and she said we aint got none ready. I said Id wait and she rolled her eyes. She intentionally took a long time in the cooler. More than ten minutes. I cant believe this place is real. Youre a fool if you give these people your money. They are horrible.

The lady stared at me without speaking after I asked if they had my order ready. She walked to the back and never came to the front again. The phone kept ringing without anyone answering. There was one person working. I shouted to him and asked if he could find out what is going on with my order. He threw his hands up in the air. On my way in a lady was walking out and said dont even bother going in there. This was the worst place Ive ever been to in my entire life. The owner is out of his mind to allow these ghetto people to make him money. He must be losing thousands of potential dollars.

Food is pretty decent ...however the manager Fernando is a pure nightmare.... he acts like he does drugs or something...he is always jittery and rude to his staff...I have downright witnessed him bullying his staff in front of customers and he talks to them like they are stupid....honestly when he is NOT there (rare), the food is so much better....surprised someone has not beat his ass by now (customer or otherwise)...he is rude and impatient...when this place goes out of business, it had nothing to do w the quality of food, Fernando runs all the customers and employees away!

It was our first time there and the girl at the register was on her cell phone talking the whole time. No one explained the menu or anything to us, the food is over priced and EXTREMELY disgusting. Frozen chicken strips and nasty fries. They put what taste like sugar and peper on their fries YUCK!!!! I LOVE fries so for me to eat only 3 and throw the rest in the trash is saying something. They were so disgusting my dog even snubbed his nose at them. So I basically paid roughly $9 for 5 chicken strips since fries sucked and pop is so small one sip its gone.

The last time i ordered here they said it would take 20-25 minutes. I drove there shortly after and asked if my food was ready. Like a lot of other people on these reviews, they were not. After they said they were not yet done, they said "You got the garlic boneless wings right?". I did not get garlic or boneless hahaha They promptly then made my food, it was decent. Decent food, convenient business location, bad service, average to below average prices.
