Went for breakfast, only to be told they were out of my selection, after expressing my concern that they never have anything that I order, the clerk then rudely said the item was discontinued. If said item is discontinued then it should be removed from the menu, and being that it is a long running item, that couldnt be the case, which brings me to the other two options. 1. They were legitimately out of supplies for that item or 2. They ran out and were too lazy to make more. Im going with option 2, this Sonic has fallen way down hill from the time it started, with lack of courtesy and menu items, also lets not mention the excruciating wait time for simple items (on days where there are only 3 cars in the lot). Will never be receiving my business again and will make sure everyone I know steers clear as well.

This is one of the most incompetent drive thrus weve ever dealt with, multiple times. They seem to tune you out once they ask you what youd like to order. Weve had to repeat ourselves more than once every time we want concretes. We talk slow, loud and clearly because we are aware that listening through a speaker cant always be easy but still they repeat back incorrect information. Than after they finally seem to have gotten the order correct, the concretes we receive are NOT correct. An Oreo concrete with no Oreos is not an Oreo concrete. This is the closest Sonic to us and we love concretes so we frequent here and this happens EVERY time. The product is delicious but it is just annoying that we always seem to be not listened to while ordering.

We spent $25 here today and we actually eat here a lot and its about $20-$25 every time but they didnt get a single item in our order correct. My fiancé ordered the number 3 with mayo only he got a single patty with everything on it and cheese tots but he got onion rings and then I ordered a number 10 crispy they have me the regular club then took it back to fix it and gave me the club chicken on the ciabatta bread and no tots like I ordered and I ordered a watermelon Dr Pepper I got some weird pop rock drink which is not even close to what I ordered. Very disappointed because we spent $25 and didnt hardly eat any of it cause my chicken was so tough

they dont know their own menu your burgers come with crinkle cut pickles,chopped onions,fresh shredded lettuce,ripe tomato with yor choice of mustardor mayo or ketchup mustard or mayo or ketchup if they would take a minute and read the menu they would see that it comes with either mustard or ketchup or mayo here i have cut and paste the menu so they get another chance to read What you see is what you get. Melty American cheese, crinkle-cut pickles, chopped onions, fresh shredded lettuce & ripe tomatoes on a perfectly seasoned, 100% pure beef patty with your choice of mustard, mayo or ketchup. Straightforward and tasty, just the way it should be.

At this Eustis Fl (441) Sonic the service was appalling. First, the young lady that came over to us could not be understood. Then, she sends us a young man (I assume a manager though he didnt look like one) over to tell us that they were no longer accepting the coupons we had. He leaves without even asking us if we would like to order and after what seemed like at least 10 minutes, still no one came to get our order. We left very displeased and ate at the nearby Burger King where the service and food was great. I guess we will never know what a Sonic burger tastes like because I do not intend to return to any of their restaurants.

I was there today on my Harley. I helped one of the employees give a customer a jump start. And I guess no good deed goes unpunished because my Harley wouldnt start when I wanted to leave. That same employee try to give me a a jump start . but my battery terminal was broken. I called Advance Auto where I have spent a ton of money and explain my situation asking them if they would be able to maybe bring that thing 2 miles down the road to save a disabled veterans from having to carry a battery down there. I ended up going on foot. But anyways the crew up there at the Sonic are very nice courteous and helpful

They goofed up our order three times. It didnt help that there were three of us, all very finicky eaters and two of whom had apparently never given a food order before, but the staff were VERY accommodating and remade my burger twice until they got it right. And it was magnificent. The manager came out to make sure everything was satisfactory and gave us free refills of our drinks. He was very courteous and apologetic, but we both knew our party was as much at fault. Food service is not easy, folks.

Worst experience ever at Sonic! My wife went by to get two milkshakes but the person who was at the window gave her two vanilla shakes instead of one chocolate and one strawberry. When she complained that her order was wrong the took back the shakes and squirted chocolate syrup in one and some strawberry syrup and handed them back. They did a poor job fixing their mistake. Shame on them!

This location 99% of the team gets my order wrong when it comes to shakes and blasts. I love malted shakes but they never blend it so it is all at the bottom. On my most recent visit I order two blasts and a shake. My Oreo blast did not have anything in it. Just some piece on top. WTF is wrong with you if you can take a simple order and fill it.

Went to this Sonic about two years ago. Four of us each ordered a different dessert. Took the desserts home and couldnt believe the lack of ingredients, might as well have ordered vanilla ice cream. We just went back to try again and still shocked by the lack of candy, just a few pieces in our large cup. We wont be back.

Piece of shxt service! They have the worse employees wrkn there that cant get orders right with no good customer service & the damn manager(white short girl) dnt even knw how to handle a problem! Just stares at you lookn stupid like wtf not coming back to this place!!!
