I stopped by and ordered an 8 Piece Meal mixed (Extra Crispy and Grilled). I live in Altoona and got home and I was shorted a piece of chicken, got a drumette instead of a leg. So out of seven pieces of chicken 4 of those were wings, one thigh, one breast and the drumette. I mean seriously for $19.99?? When KFC first introduced the grilled chicken I was a huge fan and loved it as I try to be more health conscience and hardly eat fast food anymore. When I called this store, a girl answers the phone, "yeah." Im like is this KFC? She says, "yeah." I ask to speak to the manger and she says, "speaking." I asked who her store manager was and she said, "Alonzo." If I was the store owner I would clean house because I will never go back to this KFC ever again. She offered to replace two pieces of chicken. I didnt get what I ordered which I should have got two breasts, two thighs, two wings and two legs. Just bs to screw over a customer like this and rob them of what they paid for. Next time I want chicken I will give my business to Publix at a fraction of the cost and the qaulity will 100 times better.

I arrived about 9:30pm on Sunday night Jan. 11th. There were three people working. The only crispy chicken pieces available were wings. In original recipe there were only legs and wings available. They told me to have fresh pieces would take 25 minutes. It was obvious they really did not want to cook any more. They were just interested in getting cleaned up since closing is at 10pm on Sundays. I ordered crispy chicken (7 wings) and they made a sandwich for my wife. When I got home the sandwich was nothing but the piece of chicken and bread, no lettuce or anything else. It was a mistake to buy the chicken pieces they had on hand, old, dried up, tasteless except for the flavor of the cooking oil. Id rather eat fried chicken at Publix anyday, or at Golden Corral.

The only reason I give this place 1 star is because you cant give it zero. They have chicken ready! Its a fast food chicken place, right? I guess its too much to ask that they have chicken ready. You can never get what you want. You have to mix different kinds of chicken to fill the order because otherwise to get what you want you have to wait 12 to 22 minutes. My family enjoys KFC but whenever I am on my way home from work and my wife calls me to stop at KFC in My Dora they never have what I order ready. Youd think that maybe since I have to take whatever they have that maybe they would offer a discount or a beverage for the hassle but nope. They offer nothing. This has happened too many times. Im going to Popeyes!

Their customer service was amazing. Sat watching one employee keep a smile and positive attitude while the dine in counter got super crazy busy!! I did get his name but cant remember it. I really wish I could remember his name. He needs to be recognized for a job well done and going above and beyond for his customers!

The food was okay, what you would expect from KFC. But, the customer service is what stood out to me. They were awful!!! I was just a witness to it. The employee Brooklyn literally put her elbows on the counter and her face in her hands. No manager or shift leader to be seen. Terrible...Just terrible

They dont even deserve one star. Been here 3 times and they screw it up every time. Service is slow. Thugs walking around behind the counter acting as if youre wasting their time. How hard is it to take an order (usually by number) and get it right? Dont waste your money here.

Just arrived home with our dinner. I ordered two three piece dinners white meat. Got all dark meat. Ordered extra gravy and didnt get it. No sweet tea in the lobby. Bad experience
