Horrible disrespectful staff! We went there to eat with our family including small children. My cousins ex boyfriend works there which is sean. No words were exchanged we just went to get some food with the family. The next day my cousin received violet threats by Seans girlfriend who also works there " Sarah Katherine" saying if she ever went to eat there again she will "slap her" and "drag her". Is that the type of people you have working for you??? threating your PAYING customers. Hope corporate will reevaluate their employees. Cause if I did something like that at my job I would be terminated in a heartbeat. Will never go there again till shes gone.

INCONSISTENT. I agree with the earlier reviewer that the food in this location is inconsistent. Depending on who is cooking, you may get some really good food, or some inedible food. More than once Ive left here hungry. The guy who claims to be the manager does a horrible job. He is a horrible cook. If I see him cooking I turn around & leave. Ive emailed the corporate office about a particularly bad experience, but got NO reply. Pei Wei at the Loop.

I ordered Mongolian Beef with noodles with extra vegetables online. Got it and was disappointed. I expected better quality for the price. My total price was 11 dollars and change. The beef was good sauce had good flavor, but the noodles was drenched with grease. I also didnt get extra vegetables. I rather spend my lunch money some where else. Update!!! one hour later Pei Wei gave me the $%^&*

The place is clean and cool. The service quick and everyone has a smile. The food is delicious. I think I have ordered most everything on the menu that is posted on the wall. It is different than the usual restaurant of this type and I cannot wait to go back for more. I cannot say what is better to eat than the other. It is according to your taste. Everything I have eaten has been delicious.

I typically drive all the way to the turkey lake location. The pei Wei at the loop is very inconsistent. Ive brought home their lo mein and found if greasy and flavorless twice. They also generally dont pay attention to what you want them to leave out so be careful if you have any food allergies. I do like pei Wei I just dislike this location.

Dont go to this Pei Wei during the evening hours. No apparent management of folks, the cashier is more concerned with talking with the cooks than assisting with customers and the food taste old and will leave a bad taste in your mouth. I love Pei Wei but this store by far is the worst one that I have been to.

This place really changed.what happened? Was my favorite restaurant. I have irdering the same meal forever but now its very oily and like soup. It was the Phad Thai. No flavor unless I bit into a peanut. Manager looked at it and said recipe changed. Too bad. Time to find a better place.

I come here all the time but recently the food has been hit or miss. On slow days its perfect, then on other days theres barely any veggies and over drenched noodles/rice. I used to love coming here but definitely the inconsistency of the food will make me think twice from coming back.

These guys are amazing! Not only great food but GREAT customer service! They took care of and accommodated my allergy and were polite, respectful, and more than willing to help when we did have a small issue with our food. We will definitely be back. Thank you all for everything!

I ordered food online, when I arrived to the restaurant they said that they try to reach me by phone, because they didnt have the food. But the phone never rang and the only email that I got, was a confirmation email of my order. Very disappointing. I will never order there again.

The first time I got food from here the steak that was in my rice was rare. Today I went there again I ordered steak fried rice with extra shrimp on it. All I got was rice, over cooked steak and no shrimp at all. And I played extra for it to. Never going there again.

Food is fresh and cooked well, staff friendly and helpful. They give discounts to First Responders with ID. They keep the dining area clean without the "dirty mop" smell, which is a big thing to us. All Pei Weis are great, love to eat there.

Every time I call to order for pick up nobody answers or they leave me on hold for 10 minutes. I usually have to call 5 times to finally be assisted. Also, fried rice never has a consistent taste it always tastes different each time I go.

Its sad Asian restaurant need to be open later than 9 pm, its seem like its just for tourist not Asians traveling in your city. I guess we will need to go to little Saigon or a Vietnamese part of Orlando!!!
