We came to Sebring for a doctors appt. and the Sebring Diner was nearby. When we entered, there was a long line. However, I was pleasantly surprised how fast we were seated. Everyone there seems to be focused on getting you seated quickly. Also, the waitress took our order very quickly and brought our food. We had very little wait time. My husband ordered the Seafood Sampler, and the fish was some of the best Ive ever tasted--very fresh. We went back this week and he ordered the same thing. Very good again. My sister-in-law ordered the fruit platter and was very pleased. Again everything very fresh! Everyone is very friendly and the food is great! Also, the prices are very reasonable, and we took home leftovers.

I didnt really like the food. I had the fried shrimp and it was dry. The mash potatoes was good but without the gravy. The nachos were a joke. They use shredded cheese, which is not a lot, they have chili, but not a lot, but, they do give you a lot of lettuce, tomatoes and sour cream. The waitress was so close that she spits when she talks. I didnt like it and it was my first time. I dont think I would go back. But you get what you pay for and they do have some cheap prices. So I guess.

Not bad for a diner in the middle of nowhere - south of the Mason-Dixon line. Was there twice in one week, service was fine. Food was ok, just ok. Had the blackened fish sandwich and it was just sprinkled with the spices, NOT. Actually blackened. That was a bummer. The next time I had the famous chicken and grape salad, that was good but the portion was less than I thought it would be. All in all, Id return if Mom wanted to go :) The macaroni salad was really good.

It was good. Two of us had "the Bear" sandwich and 2 of us had bacon cheeseburgers. Everything was fresh and tasty. The sweet potato fries were the best part and the vanilla shake was great too. Service was excellent. Wed definitely make the drive from Orlando again just to eat here. (However, its not a "Jersey" diner; those are just on another level that just have never authentically made it to these parts of Florida)

You all will not believe just how awesome this "step back in time" diner really is until you go there for breakfast, brunch or lunch. We have now been twice and cant say enough good things about this delightful bit of retro right in our own backyard! Generous serving sizes, great food and the prices? No - they cant be beat. Highly recommend a visit here - and when family comes by, take them too!

This is a place where its full of regulars. It was our first time and we felt like regulars. The real regulars were greeted like royalty and by name. Great America standard diner. Friendly attentive staff, generous portions and the food was delicious. Parking for Tvs available if youre creative. Sunday morning is a must do if you want to see America at its traditionally normal best.

I have not enjoyed eating at a diner so much since I left Jersey. I ordered a deluxe double cheeseburger with bacon, onion rings, and a chocolate shake and I was transported back to my youth at the New Jersey Shore. Everything was perfectly prepared and our server Renee was personable and a real joy. Cannot wait to return, once I work off all the delicious calories. Dr. Joe

Great place to eat if youre old or a hipster. Everything feels like a 70s diner which is how it should be. Delicious meals, great staff, and heart burn. Lots and lots of heart burn. Like POUNDS of heartburn. If heartburn could be put into units of weight it be among the ton range. But that heartburn is worth it. Get some chocolate chip pancakes. And take a tums immediately after.

I really do not know why this place is so busy but maybe I just ordered the wrong thing. When I get a turkey dinner I want real pieces of turkey not pressed meat. But the pancakes and bacon looked good and so did the liver and onions. The prices start around 5.00 so there are a lot of seniors eating there. I will probably try eating there again sometime after the snow birds leave.

Its been years since I have enjoyed a real good Pastrami Rueben. It was truly amazing grilled just right the homemade Macaroni Salad was perfect the dill pickle was firm & crispy & the Onion Rings were in a homemade batter fried nice & crispy. The Patty Melt was also mouth watering but the Peach Cobbler was the bomb it was down right the best I have ever had!!

I ordered french toast and it looked more like plain toast then french. It tasted even worse, with every bite I could taste other remnants of food that it was cooked with because the chef was obviously too lazy to clean his pans after using them once or god knows how many times he uses them before cleaning. Service was good though.

This is a very good place for breakfast. We werent there for any other meal. The food was delicious and plentiful. The staff pleasant and efficient. I would recommend if you get a chance. I was disappointed that it was only open til 3 P. M. because we went for a dinner and looking forward to a good home style dinner.

I have visited the diner several times a week for either lunch or dinner.Never once did I have a bad experience.Having been in the foodservice business for years I am amazed how consistently good the service and food are.The portions are very big and the quality of the food is excellent.

Typical diner! Fast service, food came out quickly despite it being packed. The food was ok, nice big tomato and pickles. The restroom was literally falling apart and absolutely disgusting, makes me question the cleanliness of the kitchen. No changing tables.

Good food, so-so service. I was kinda bummed I was told if I bring my comfort do that we have to sit on the patio. Prime rib really was great but so much fat. Pancakes so big they need their own zip code. Server had no menu knowledge to speak of.

The Diner is an excellent place to. They are always prompt in serving food. They serve the best fried bacon and home fries in Sebring. Prices are reasonable and the portion are a real deal for the mine. Thanks for being a great place to eat out.

Excellent service combined with a retro 50s decor and a broad range and variety of homemade menu items make this diner our *go to* choice whenever were in Sebring. Check their hours.. they close early though at 3pm.

Kind of old, dank, and disappointing. And the food was fair. We were hoping to find a great little hole in the wall diner with delicious food made from old recipes but just found a mediocre local dive.

Ordered the club, came out and had a weird taste. Fries were soggy and limp, and I had to pay $1.29 per can of soda. Waitress never told me it was per can. I wont be back, place has gone downhill.
