My partner and I have been visiting Philly Diner for several years, spending hundreds and hundreds of dollars. Usually getting take out. For the second time in a row, the burgers that we ordered were cooked incorrectly. In fact, the last time that we ordered, we specifically let the order taker know of what happened the previous order. After being told that the burger that we ordered would be cooked properly this time, upon picking the order up and inspecting it in the car, AGAIN, the burger that was ordered well was undercooked. We can overlook a single mistake, but after informing Philly Diner of the previous problem when placing the second order, I would hope that they would take extra care in making sure that it was prepared properly for us. Customer service should be a important aspect of any business, which after being in the retail industry for over 20 years both, we are ourselves sticklers for customer service. I doubt very much that we will return to Philly Diner again.

Very poor service.! When I arrived I was told to wait at the door while she cleaned a table I wasnt walked to my table. The server came over and asked what we liked to drink it took her 10 mins to come back with a drink. Upon placing my order I wanted wings she told me it takes 15-20 mins and it would be longer because of the wait so I changed my order. She waste a cup of water on a table and floor she wiped it up with the rag she used to clean the tables not a mop. She brought my food out I had a hamburger I had 2 bottom pieces of bread I said something to her she laughed. Also I asked for bacon on my burger and it wasnt right . I was very upset no suggestion box

Known for their Philly cheesesteaks. Please do not try the Cuban sandwich its a salt lick on bread. Between my daughter and myself we could not come to finish the Cuban sandwich theres still 75% of the sandwich on my plate. My daughter and I share her 8-inch Philly cheesesteak.

Real Philly Cheese Steak! Being from Philly I am skeptical of places claiming to have a "Philly Cheese Steak" went in there today and was pleasantly surprised. Delicious! Do not pass by a unique opportunity to taste the real thing.

Best Philly Cheese Steak in Florida. I tried Laspadas for the first time about a month ago and thought it was good, but after eating at Philly Diner, Ive found my "home away from home" for a true Philly.

Ordered a bacon and cheese omelet, when received all the bacon was burnt as well as the home fries. If I wanted burnt food I could have stayed home and did that myself.

Closest thing to Philly diner experience Ive found down here. Im from SE PA so I know of what I speak. Great sandwiches, homemade soups, cold Yeungling on draft.
