Terrible experiencia...*NO GLUTEN FREE* Mi hermano es intolerante al gluten. Nos habían recomendado este restaurante así que decidimos ir, desde que entramos el personal que labora no sabía que era el GLUTEN, así que llamamos al manager. El cual de buena manera nos atendió, así que cuando le comentamos el tipo de comida que buscábamos para sorpresa nuestra TAMPOCO sabía. Nos dijo que podían hacerle un pollo horneado pero debíamos esperar 25 min. Así que confiamos en su palabra y esperamos. 50 minutos después aparecen con el pollo horneado más feo, sin color, depresivo y seco de la historia. Yo sinceramente creí que nos estaban bromeando. Tuvimos que llamar al manager de nuevo para preguntarle qué que era eso y ya nos dijo que básicamente sacaron el pollo y lo hornearon, luego de hablar con él , accedió a darnos nuestro dinero de vuelta. Agradezco las repetivas disculpas del manager, sólo que me parece imposible que en pleno siglo XXI, en un restaurante ni sus colaboradores y el manager no sepan que es ser intolerante al gluten... Cabe aclarar que la demás comida tenía un buen sabor.

For a couple of days during our Florida vacation, we stopped at the nearest Golden Corral buffet. I was very dissatisfied by the lack of wait staff respect and the meal selection we were given. The food was not very good as far as I am concerned. When I was hungry enough to eat a steak, I asked the gentlemen cooking them if I could have it done medium-well. I had to wait for him to get another whole box of steak then cook it. When he asked me what I thought of the steak and I told him that it was not done medium-well, he sighed and continued to cook for another 8 minutes or so, then he just put the steak on my plate without asking what I thought of it. I went back to my table and cut the steak open, where i found it was very pink and undercooked. When I finished the small selection of food they did have, I was looking forward to a great bowl of ice-cream. Then, to my surprise, the ice cream machine was out of order and the desert bar was limited. At least this time around we got the AAA discount, but the following night, we asked about the AAA discount, and we were rudely denied as the option as opposed to the previous night. I was overall so disappointed that we had to go out of our way to go to another Golden Corral.

I was on Holiday in Orlando, Fl. On my way to Canada I stopped at the Golden Corral for breakfast. When I got close to Canada I realized my purse was missing. I knew it was the last place I stopped. I contacted the restaurant and spoke to Juan who confirmed my purse was there. I was trying to have picked up through Fed-ex in Canada. I ended up having so many problems that I was going to pick it up at the restaurant. Juan made a box for my purse and told me he would send it to me in Canada. Unfortunately he ended up having a lot of problems also. At that point I must have called him what felt like a hundred times. Juan continued to be patient and curteous with me and understood my problem. I was finally to have my purse picked up by making the arrangements in U.S. Again I contacted Juan (which seemed like he was the only working there) again many times. I finally had Fed-ex pick up the box to bring it to Canada. I dont think any other restaurant would have done what Juan did. Bravo Juan you took a lot of stress off of me. Plus the food was great. Juan I think you need some holidays I did put you through the ringer. Thankful Linda

This was absolutely the worst Golden Corral that ive been to in my life. Considering i dont really like Golden Corral and ive been to one and found a garden worm in my food, my expectations were already low. My husband and I were on spring break with our twins and we were trying to find a place we knew our children would eat, that was economical in price. We might as well went to Red Lobster or somewhere because our bill came up to over $45 for just the 4 of us and our children are only 6yrs old and i had water to drink. The food wasnt good and the buffet stayed empty so we hardly ate any food. The kept running out of chicken and ppl were complaining, and they only had dark meat pieces. The waiters were not good at all and the place didnt seem all that clean. I saw a man take a piece of chicken off the bar with his hand, put it on his sons plate and after his son said he didnt want it, he took it off the plate and put it back with his hands...ewwww. i felt like we just threw away $45. I would not go back even if the meal was free. Maybe another one would have been better but this one was awful!

We were so sad that we didnt try this place until the end of the holiday, as we could have eaten lunch here nearly every day. For $7.99 each we had our pick of limitless popcorn shrimp, fried chicken, bourbon chicken, bbq, pizzas, fish, veggies, rice dishes, pasta dishes, soups, salads, coleslaws, breads, fruits and desserts with all the toppings. It was all fresh and hot, and was discreetly tended to by the staff. We all ate completely different meals, and there were no complaints...just yum sounds. The plates (plastic) are given to you in a stack so you can have plenty of refills.. the old ones are taken away by your waitress. The staff were friendly and ready to top up your drinks, but didnt intrude on your meal. Coupons for money off your meal are available all over the place, and if you take your receipt into the store next door you can get a free little gift too.

Working in Kissimmee for a week. I have eaten at many Golden Corral restaurants all over the country and this one, by far, is the worst. This was not the same location I ate at several days ago. I arrived on a Thursday just before 4 pm. The main courses on the buffet line appeared dried out as if under the hot lights too long. I found that to be true after I started putting food on my plate. The Cajun Chicken was definitely dry with no juices at the bottom of the pan. There were pieces of chicken in the rice pan. The Chef acted like he was doing me a favor when I asked for a medium cooked steak. I would NOT visit this location again nor do I recommend it..

You get what you pay for if you come here expecting fresh food your off your head. Its a good solution if there is a big group of you though. Service is fairly bad, the food is just full of salt msg and sugar to make you think it tastes good and eat more. Steaks are rump cut and are horrible. This place is best for lunch as its good value and less busy. Dinner time its $15.99 which is expensive considering a meal and refillable drink would cost that anywhere else. We came in a big group and all 8 of us said the food was OK. Anything healthy was poorly cooked. Broccoli was raw. People taking plates away expect tips and they dont do anything really.
