I cant begin to put in to words how much I love this place! Social Grounds is everything that I love in a business. There product is second to none. I LOVE their Colombian coffee. I also love their lattes. You can tell that the owner knows exactly what he is doing when it comes to coffee! But what I also love about this business is what they stand for. They are all about giving back to the community. It is a veteran owned business who serves the homeless and poor of our city. And he does it every week and has been doing it for years. Some people talk and others walk. These guys walk the walk! If you want to spend your money somewhere in which you will get the best product and at the same time support an amazing cause. Social Grounds Coffee is that place. I live 30 minutes away but will find the time to spend my money here because I believe so much in what they stand for. Keep up the great work Social Grounds! We believe in you!

The first thing I noticed when I walked in to social grounds coffee was the super sleek Slayer espresso machine (which is basically the Ferrari of espresso machines) That accompanied by the passionate baristas manning the slayer insured me before I even ordered anything that the drinks I was about to have were going to be top notch - and they were. I had a double espresso and an iced honey latte and both were near perfect. If you havent yet, go check this place out. It wont disappoint.

Neat little coffee shop nestled in Springfield! If youre looking for a coffee shop where the crew has a smile on their face, arent bothered to help you and seem to have a positive outlook, then this is it. Its a welcome attitude change from usual snobby hipsters shops that are too absorbed in themselves to help or make you feel welcome. Oh, and the coffee and hot cocoa are quite awesome and the fresh-made pop tarts are delicious. Two thumbs up!

The blueberry muffins and dark roast Sumatra is incredible. Im real picky on coffee and as someone who lives in Springfield, its nicer to see a mom and pop place instead of a big bucks with their revolving door of transients that couldnt care less about a good cup. I will not only be coming back, but making it a new home. Clean and nice place too, very refreshing and relaxing at the same time. Much Loves. :)

Incredible product. Espresso is expertly poured and rivals that of local Bold Bean and Urban Bean. They have some tasty treats, wide variety of drinks, gluten free options, and convenient parking. I also appreciated the outlets near the tables a lot. Staff was also observant and non-intrusive. Ill be back here... A LOT.

Decent little shop, definitely needs a little flare on the empty walls. The pastries were good, but the coffee was a little weak. I hope they take advantage of being in Springfield, and really become a hub not just for coffee, but for the community.
