I want to love this location because all the staff are friendly and good at their jobs. Sadly, the location is awkward, and the parking lot and drive thru layout is cramped. Torn between 3 stars and 4, settling on the higher rating because I dont want the staff to be penalized for poor reviews. They really do a good job here when it comes to service. I was served by Megan at the drive thru today, and she had a great upbeat attitude and a genuine smile. Great flat white too! So staff A+, whoever designed this place F.

I usually stop at this one on my route to work in the afternoons... As i was getting my coffee an employee or manager idk... Bluntly stated to me "are you the one who called complaining about the coffee tasting nasty... I was shocked at her bluntness... No ideal what this crazy lady was talking about..I do not know how they do buisness but that was very rude and not how your suppose to treat your customers... This one will never get my buisness again... I was generous with giving a one star

i having been going to this location for a 4 years. It used to be fabulous but its really gone down hill with service and keeping good staff that shows care to their customers. Starbuckbucks was really cut above and thats why they rose above most of the coffe shops but in the last 9 months Ive noticed they are getting too comfortable and have forgotten that the customers are the reason for their success. We love you Starbucks but wake up and smell the coffee!!!

Love this staff, the area and the service. The only sucky part of it is the design layout. Whoever designed the layout was not thinking straight. The drive through line is large at times and blocks parking spots, and people trying to get out of it. Its a small space they bought but the design is just horrible. Other than that though I love going to this Starbucks (on times its not so busy)

My morning ritual to start my busy days off with a smile is to visit this location for a coffee and breakfast sandwich . Unfortunately my experience this morning was HUMILIATING! Due to a Barista that lacks communication skills! Im disappointed that I will have to find another location to give my hard earned money too... They aint cheap ... So I can walk out with dignity! WTF

Inconsistency is beyond ones tolerance applies to both customer service and quality of drinks. Called corporation wants to send gift card to compensate I politely rejected the idea. Been going to circle K across the street for the price the quality of experience meets the value of my dollar, plus a big smile from the clerk in the morning is just a big plus.

The location, parking lot, and use of space are absolutely terrible. Have been 3x, keep trying to give it a chance and now Im done. Whoever planned that parking lot did an absolutely terrible job and as such, it affects service, convenience, and the entire experience. Only redeeming quality is a nice, friendly staff of baristas.

I stop here often at the drive thru. I love this place. The baristas are always pleasant, my frapps are very yummy, and i have had no problem driving through this tiny space with my big car because they have it down to a science how to travel through the property.

It used to be so nice in the previous location but once they moved here many things have changed. The driveway design is crazy. So many staffs but drinks come out so slowly. Newer staff does really pay attention and borderline being rude.

This location is such a let down. Drinks are never properly made (its been 7 times now) a simple iced coffee taste like water at this location. Drive thru always moves quickly, but Id rather wait if it meant better quality!

Love Starbuck. The only thing I can say is make sure your coffees hot if you want hot coffee. Some time in the early morning it not hot enough when they just open. Otherwise I love the coffee, teas and bakery goods.

Parking lot is a nightmare because of the drive -thru. Staff are good, layout it conducive to flow even though theres not much space, & plenty of seating.
