Just stopped in for a tea, rarely ever stop at this location but have to admit I almost always have the same experience with this location. Was not acknowledged when I entered the store. I was the only one waiting to order with maybe two or three other people in the store. Barista ignored me standing at the counter and continued working on finding a place for cake pops to be displayed in basket. Walked from behind the counter to in front of the display case, still not having said a word to me. I understand if youre taking an extra few seconds to get to a stopping point with a current task, but its rude when youre not even acknowledged for a prolonged period of time. When she finally came back to the register she went straight to: "what are you having?" instead of a hello. Really? Isnt this common courtesy working in the retail industry? Very unwelcoming and rude.

I used my app to place an order on 2/4 at 5:35 AM. When I arrived at 5:45 AM, only two out of the four drinks were ready. The two drinks that had been mixed, were prepared incorrectly not following the directions that I wrote on the app. At this point I was running late for work and I didnt have time for them to remake my drinks. The barista stated "we open at 5 AM and sometimes we just dont read the tickets." Needless to say, I was not happy. I ended up having to go back after work at 6 PM to have them refund my order. Dont go to this Starbucks early on Saturday mornings, this is not the first time Ive had trouble with my order on a Saturday morning.

Although the service at the Starbucks was good when I went, my drink was fairly bland. I ordered the chai latte. Compare to the chai latte I ordered the day before a different Starbucks locations this one was lacking in flavor, as if they were being cheap on their spice. I read the other reviews which also complained about inconsistencies in their drinks.

I tend to say this in all my reviews for Starbucks but its very a much a "hipster"/uppity snob place where you buy very expensive drinks that dont taste that amazing. I have been to this one three times for a non-coffee drink and never liked the place. Everyone can be rude and in a rush.

I go here all the time. At least 3 times a week. Seems every time I go the Venti drink has less and less in it. My husband just brought one home and I asked if he drank it. It was 1/3 of the way gone. Ridiculous and a rip off. So disappointed.

One divine and trade of Starbucks that keeps me coming back is their consistency. That is the issue with this Starbucks. They are very inconsistent. Of the times Ive been here the drinks usually seem watered down.

I love Starbucks, so the only reason Im only giving 3 stars is because its so small. Only 2 tables, so its not a good choice to meet friends. This location is good if you want to grab a coffee and go.
