The burista, Brittany, was extreme rude. When i asked if they had the unicorn frap she rolled her eyes and say "No! It sold out all over Ohio! Do you want something else!". Not impressed. I get that she was probable asked a million times today if they had it but come one there is no need to roll your eyes, act like its an inconvinence to answer and then snap at me if i "want anything else". Other then that the drink was excelent and Scott (another burista) was supper nice then getting my drink.

Every time I go they are out of cheese danishes and ham and cheese foldovers. They mess up my order constantly and even when they get it right, syrup is on the bottom. Nasty. I would understand if I was paying $0.99 for a cup of coffee you get what you pay for but I pay $5.00 for a friggen cup of coffee the least you can do is stir the damn thing

too many people working for the poor service received. unpleasant interaction on their end when i asked a question about a drink i get daily, but said thank you and have a good day when i was leaving and no one even responded. in other words, attitude adjustment needed from these baristas. makes me want to drive to fairlawn instead

Very friendly customer service and quality of beverages, but Starbucks has always been WAY too overpriced. Its good for treating yourself occasionally though. The high prices are the ONLY reason this location has such a rating, as I am not rating just this location, but the company as well.

The baristas are friendly and have a great sense of humor. There is a drive-through, and theres an access road behind the building so you dont have to exit straight onto the always-busy main road. Seating is limited, but service is always fast even when busy.

I wouldnt step foot in any anti-American starbucks!! Even if they paid me!! Overpriced, muzSLIME loving traders! I would have given them 0 stars if I could. Do some research on their policies. Just Saying...

Return to my hometown expecting to get a "Wadsworth" mug or even an Ohio one, but nothing. I find that very lacking to not carry all Starbucks brand items. Consistency is important.

The coffee was great however the weight through the drive-thru was a lot longer than other Starbucks stores and its always the case at that one and the lady was rude
