Overall the food tasted good. The employees were nice, but not overly friendly. The place was clean. The only thing is that they barely put any food in the bowls. I had to give up my bean choice to ask for more rice instead. Then the next person was so cheap with lettuce in both my bowl & my sons taco tray. She had to fluff up the lettuce in his taco tray side item slot to make it look a little fuller. Basically the second person in the set up line made sure there was only about a teaspoon full of lettuce & a little bit of salsa on top of the food. There were 4 of us eating, so an easy $36-40 bucks. They surely wont lose out on the food cost, just maybe some customers that want a decent portion not a ration. if l didnt ask 4 more rice in place of the beans after all the toppings my bowl would MAYBE look half filled. I watched the second person fluff up the toppings on all for plates, where as other Chipotles the just put it on top. Ill give them a second chance & well see if its any better. Like I said taste was good, first order take seemed nice, the second not as much...it was just the amount of the portion served. I still give them a positive 3 stars for food taste and store cleanliness.

We love Chipotle. They serve healthy, real food and the owner buys as much organic as possible, although it is not labeled organic because there is not yet a big enough supply. Last I heard several years ago Chipotle was the biggest buyer of organic pork in the nation. We dont eat pork, but it is an example of the owners commitment to real, healthy food. Every meat option but the pork is spicy, so we add lots of sour cream to our chicken which cuts the heat. I always upgrade the kids meals by getting more veggie sides with the tacos. (Also burrito options, veggie, gluten free (corn tortillas, etc.) They make my favorite salsa and guacamole of any restaurant (fast or slow). The decor is simple and casual so the owner can put the money into the food quality, and you can tell. (See the movie and outtakes of Food, Inc (the movie)).

My family and I eat at chipotle at least once a week and have never experienced this before, but if all chipoltes are going to implement this it wont be our regular spot anymore. I ordered a chicken bowl and the girl barely gave me a half a scoop of chicken. I asked for a little more and she said she can only give 4oz or she will have to charge me more. First of all she didnt break out a scale and weight it, so how am I to know if I even got 4oz. I understand that some people may try to get more then their share, but seriously I barely got a half a scoop. If they are going to implement this then they better break out a scale so I dont feel like Im being rippled off and also make a note of this on your menu.

Fresh food and friendly staff. Its Chipotle, like all the others -- I eat there because I have a million food allergies and I can eat there just fine. If I do take issue, its that the staff is clueless when it comes to cutting me a piece of lime for my Corona. I mean, its the simplest thing ever, but Im guessing Chipotle doesnt train them how to slice limes for beer, and those commercials dont exist anymore. This has happened like 4 times. Ive explicitly asked, "may I have a slice of lime for my beer," and I usually either get a whole half of lime, or a whole lime in quarters -- how would that fit in my beer? I end up waiting like 4 extra minutes for a piece of lime, and they cant even cut it right.

This is the WORST chipotle that Ive been to. Ive never stood in line at a chipotle for so long. There were 6 workers that I saw, and only ONE guy who was actually working. Four people were goofing off in the back, and they were out of chicken. There seemed to be no sense of urgency, and it annoyed me. The cashier was just acting busy. There was no one to ring up because everyone was just standing in line waiting for chicken or service. After all of that, I get my food, and towards the end I find a hair in it. Just all around disappointing.

This place seems to have gotten a bad rating from when it first opened. I didnt check this place out until a few months after the opening. It appears they might have fixed all the issues people are complaining about. The portion sizes seem to be on par with other stores. Ive ate here a couple times and never thought I was skimped on the portions so far. Service was good. The line gets long at lunch due to the popularity of the area, but as with most stores, it moves fairly quickly. Certainly a welcomed addition to this growing area.

Went here always friendly service come through today and told to keep order simple and keep the line moving despite only one person behind me and no one in front of me I normally ask for a bit extra and this is the end result basically they want me to pay for two bowls just for extra rice Im never going return to this location for Chipotle and this is the closest one to where I live

This place is newly opened at the time of this writing. About a week to be exact. Its going to take some time for the staff to become a well oiled machine. They were friendly and all - but also slow and sloppy. Ill return and give a more in-depth review at a later time. Over all, if you like Chipotle and dont mind waiting a bit, go for it.

I have been a regular to this Chipotle. Fantastic staffs and yummy delicious food. I would recommend this place to anyone who loves the bowls and burritos. Really astonished to see Bad reviews for this place, I think it must be due to some past legacy not relating to the current set of amazing staffs. Keep up the good work!!!

HORRIBLE SERVICE! Messed my order up and when I politely asked the GM Kiera to have it fixed she gave me the nastiest look on her face. Employees on grill were goofing around and the tables were noticbly unclean when I walked in. Someone PLEASE restaff immediately. They just lost a customer :(

Not worth the money. Overpriced, I might suggesting going to moes which is a couple blocks over. they have reasonable prices and are Friendly when you walk in. unlike here where the KIDS look as if they have to DO so much work when a cust walks through the door

This Chipotle has been open less than a year. The place is clean with a few tables outside in a shaded area in front of the store. Same taste as other ones Ive been to. Im partial to the steak tacos, as they arent quite as heavy as the burritos.
