I love Chipotle and the food has NEVER been bad. The service however is horrendous. Forget walking in and ordering. Line is ALWAYS touching 3 walls of the building. I dont even want to think about how long it takes to get through that line as it seems to never move. Pick up for online has turned into a nightmare as well. Seems like it is always an hour and a half out from when you place order, but 9 out of 10 times, you still have to wait for it to be made, which then in turn stops the walk in line as they fill order from the main line. Not sure why they do not have someone during busy times just doing online orders from the back. I have seen who I would categorize as the supervisor be one of the rudest people to patrons. Last time I was in, a gentleman got to restaurant early for pick up, he knew it and very patiently was waiting. They were making my order as I just got done paying when cashier on her own said to supervisor, that this other gentleman was here for pick up to. The supervisor then came over and extremely rude, told the man he was early and they would not have his food ready till his designated pick up time. I have been a patron of Chipotle for 14 years since it opened up in Kent. I have eaten at numerous locations in that time. Something NEEDS to be done about this location. I never write reviews but I am hoping someone from Chipotle sees this and fixes this location. This location needs some serious attention.

SLOW, SLOW, SLOW!!!!!!!! I have only been here twice, but it is absolutely unacceptable for the line to wrap around all three walls of the restaurant. I had to leave because I had been waiting in line for 20 minutes!!!!!!!!! They either need to hire more workers, fire the sloths they have here, or even better, DO BOTH. I love Chipotle, but the love of God, these people need to expedite the process ASAP!!!!! They are suppose to be a FAST-food restaurant. This pathetic, insufficient, and unacceptable in all aspects. I only recommend coming to this Chipotle if you have a full 60 MINUTES to spare

I live within walking distance to this Chipotle, but I prefer to drive to any other location when my friends and I want Chipotle. This location is usually very slow, no matter how short or long the line is. After reading other reviews on here I am glad to know I am not the only one who thinks this store gives smaller portions than others. The Howe road store is better all around, and there is a Pokemon gym you can battle at while waiting in line. Hopefully this location gets its act together soon

Never ever order online, they almost ALWAYS short your order. Heres the story: Ordered online ordered double steak rice, lettuce beans and sour cream and cheese. I get home and open my burrito bowel and the bowl is half empty. I ordered DOUBLE steak this is not double. i am very upset and to top it off it was cold.... im very upset and will NEVER order online and pickup again, i will always order and wait in line. OR go to the one in Chapel Hill. F this chipotle

Horrible. First and last time at chipotle. Asked for three (3) kids meals) evidently the workers are not smart enough to count to three, as they gave us two. On top of that, the workers gave a rotten clementine with my daughters meal. This was our first time at a Chipotle, and it will be our last, which is sad because those of us who got to eat the food enjoyed it. Lack of customer service and basic intelligence ruined the company.

The line was touching all three walls. There service was subpar to say the least. The carnitas was nothing but blobs of fat! So very disappointed. I love the food this was just a overall bad day for this group of workers. When my son and I reached the front of the line to order the server turns around and walks in the back. Trust me I never blast a place but this was just crap all the way around .

This location is the worst. Less than the normal portions of everything compared to any other Chipotle location I have ever been to. The service is extremely slow and they seem to run out of rice and meats very frequently. Today was my final straw with this location as the bowls I ordered were about half full. I will drive the 10 mins further to get my chipotle fix from a quality location.

So Ive personally had nothing but good experiences at this location. The staff is great and super quick, and many times Ive gotten a drink on the house a couple times. One time I forgot my card and the girl gave me the meal for free (I know her but still its very nice. I just thought I should leave a good review as a thanks for them being such nice staff.

Slow and the chips suck! As someone who was excited to see this chipotle go up, Im usually disappointed. Online ordering is usually down because they are busy and too slow. My biggest complaint recently is that the chips suck! I always get them but here they are chewy. Just like i did before this chipotle opened, I go out of my way and go to Howe Ave.

Order number 399 on 11/2/16. I asked for double chicken and steak only got half of each put in my bowl then got charged for it. Paid almost 10 dollars for a bowl that shouldve been regular price. Portions are way off. Ive never had this much of an issue or complained about this store. But this group of workers just ruined my experience from that.

When I ordered chips the cashier said something along the lines of "Oh, Spencer makes the best chips." And dude, these are fantastic. Everyone on tilt about the chips sucking should find a way to get these. Seriously though... this location was pretty rough when it first opened, but my food has consistently been good for a while now.

I am actually really surprised by the negative reviews. I have been here quite a few times and have never had anything but good service from friendly staff members. I always ask for extra rice and they always give it without any negative attitude or action. In my opinion, this is just as good a Chipotle as any other.

Super tasty as always, but the line is sooo slow..! Every chipotle around akron/stow has slow lines. And this store has plenty of other employees standing around to assist them, they just dont. Columbus chipotle lines were much faster when I lived there. But nonetheless, still delicious!

What a freaking joke. They are slow all the time and try to charge you for extra scoops of rice, beans and other crap. NO OTHER CHIPOTLE DOES THIS. THE MANAGERS HERE ARE LAZY AND DONT DESERVE TO WORK FOR SUCH A GREAT COMPANY! Ill take my business to West Market street from now on.

Placed an order online and picked it up because I live 2 min away and had to eat something quick. The burrito was sloppy, and torn in several spots. Really? You couldnt re-wrap it or double wrap it? The restaurant wasnt even busy. It would only have taken a second to do.

I paid $7.20 cents for a burrito that contained as much meat as one Taco Bell taco. If the serving line staff is trained to be this cheap it shows poor management. If they are this cheap through lack of training, its still poor management. I wont be going back.
