Speak only Spanish. Serving and doing business in US they do not want to talk in English it is sad. The server didnt apologize.Drinks seemed like they were pre-maid. They are slow bringing the food and drinks. This is now the second time in a row they have been like this and there is no excuse. They are just not friendly at all. To make matters worse the manager is very rude. I called to complain about how they threw out our to go food and she just said on the phone "its not our fault" we dont keep food around. Now I understand that, but what I dont understand is her attitude or at least do a one time good will act and give us the same order free next time. Regardless there is no room for bad service or a bad attitude especially. Owner called me and agreed with her but not her attitude. Didnt care when I told him we are not ever coming back and will let people we know, hear about our experience. They just dont get it!

I loved it!!! Its a place where you can go to spend time with the person you love, or you can go amd hamg out an eat with your friends. Drink some drinks an just feel at home!! amo a ese lugar la comida es muy rica los k trabajan ahi son lindos no son como unos de que quieren quitar tu comida para que te largas de ahi despues de tener un rato ahi con tus amigos!

Worst Mexican restaurant in Jacksonville. I visited last night with family from out of town and will definitely not go back. The fajitas were soggy and the steak was extremely tough. The beans were very salty and the server did not check on us even one time during dinner so we had only one glass of water. I spoke with owner (lady) and her response was not normally like this and maybe, we should eat elsewhere! I encourage everyone to try Don Pablos in Mandarin. It is completely opposite from this lousy establishment. I would rate it lower than one but this is not an option.

Worst Mexican experience ever. Party of 9- cold food had to send it back-no silver ware- no drink refills-wrong drinks made-soggy tacos- service was so overwhelmed I had to get up 4 times and wait on my own table-no water went to get myself-entrees came out in 8-10 min not done eating my watered down queso app.- and now flies ugggg. I am a restaurant manager I am really not exaggerating this is for real. Be careful very careful. Oh wait no tamales except on Sunday.?Mexican and no tamale? Cant say any more.

We had 7 people and there was no room so someone had to sit on the end, not a major problem. We placed our orders and the wife asked for Jalapenos on the side. I ordered vegetarian fajitas (mushrooms & zucchini) with no peppers. FOod finally came and it was 80% onions, 5% tomatoes, 5% mushrooms & 5% zucchini. Absolutely horrible and only 3 tortillas. Wife did not get her jalapenos yet they charged $1 for them. Waiter not once ever came by for drink refills. Food was good, but the service was terrible,

I went to Tequila with a friend who highly recommended it. Everything was going fine until I noticed mauve lipstick on my glass. I brought it to the attention of the waiter who simply asked, "would you like me to bring you another one?" I was disgusted to say the least. He then went on to say I can remove the drink from your check but you will still have to pay for your meal. I wasnt asking for my meal to be free, just a simple "I apologize" would have sufficed. My first and last time going here.

I am NOT a Mexican cuisine type person; however, I was forced to eat here (long story). I will comment that the spinach dip was really cheesy (I like) & tasted pretty good. The staff was friendly & patient; although, I was having to take business calls almost constantly, upon arriving there. I can appreciate that. I apologized in the form of a tip. I felt bad. Id maybe come back for a frozen margarita sometime

As a vegetarian most mexican restaurants make the same stuff the same way. I am usually not disappointed, but rarely am I surprised with a dish. Tequilas surprised me. Service was average but the Salsa was great and the food was amazing. I eat mexican all the time, this is now my top 3 favorite places of all time. I only wish I lived in Jacksonville so I could experience it more often.

very slow service, food was cold, drinks took forever to come .. "Sodas" .. Chips were very greasy , queso watery , our waiter kept disappearing . It was not rush hour he only had two tables ...it was just an overall bad experience .. Oh and on my way out one of the employees was so rude I was carrying car seat and a bag and he just looked at me as i struggled opening the door ..

I loved eating here! I recently moved to Jax and have been trying to find a Mexican restaurant I like me and some coworkers came here and we ate everything on our plates the music was great, it had a great atmosphere and the food and service was amazing!! I will definitely be back!

Saddened and disappointed to be greeted at the door and advised that the restaurant has closed at 7:22 PM after calling to confirm before driving to the restaurant to ensure that it was open and confirmed by staff and management that they were open until 10:30pm

I live 2 seconds away so I frequently visit like every week. It is a definite hit or miss as far as customer service. Twice Ive felt like certain people are treated better than others. The food is very tasty and reasonably priced. The drinks are good as well.

Good food and friendly and helpful staff. The portions were generous and our food came out in a reasonable amount of time. My kids lost some trading cards and they were kind enough to search for them. The host was great. Also the margaritas are really good

My wife and I travel all over the country for work, this is the best mexican food anywhere. Trust me when I say you wont be disappointed, this should have a higher rating then it does and it was already higher then the others in the area.

Tacky tacos - wouldnt feed to a cat. The tacos were soft, tacky and left a bad after taste in my mouth. There was also a side... presentation was pathetic. Smelt awful. Just as well I had a tequilla to disinfect my stomach. Never again.

They lost my business forever when they tried to charge me for a lime wedge to accompany my nasty tasting margarita. It wasnt my fault it tasted bad and margaritas should come with lime free of charge. Dont waste your time or money!

Weve been going here for a few years now. They are very consistent with the food being hot and fresh. Salsa and queso is great. Staff and management is very friendly. Great service every time. Highly recommend this place. MWapproved

We love our local Mexican restaurant, consistent service and food, brings us back almost once a week. All the food is fresh and all the plates are really large. Kids love the cheese dip and the quesadillas are their favorites.
