THE "CAESAR" SALAD WASNT. THE "ROMAINE" WAS BITTER AND TASTED LIKE ORUGULA. IT WAS GENERALLY DRY, WITH SOME VINEGAR AND A LITTLE OIL AND SOME THIN SLICES (NOT POWDER-GRATED) OF AN UNIDENTIFIABLE (MAYBE OLD, DRIED-OUT SWISS) CHEESE, BUT NOT AGED PARMESAN. MY WIFE ATE ABOUT A FOURTH OF THE RATHER-SMALL SALAD, BUT I TASTED ONLY A BITE OR TWO. I ASKED FOR A SUBSTITUTION OF VEGETABLES, WHICH WERE MEDIOCRE AND SMALL. THE STEAK WAS MEDIUM RARE, NOT RARE AS I ORDERED. THE NY STRIP WAS MEDIOCRE QUALITY/TASTE. MY WIFES RIB-EYE WAS ON THE MEDIUM SIDE OF MEDIUM RARE -- SHE ORDERED MEDIUM RARE -- BUT HAD A "GREASY" AND BLAND TASTE. EACH STEAK HAD 7-8 PIECES OF INEDIBLE GRISSLE. MY WIFES SWEET POTATO WAS OKAY, BUT MY BAKED POTATO WAS STALE AND DRIED OUT ALTHOUGH IT TASTED OKAY WITH LOTS OF ADDED BUTTER. WE GOT TWO ORDERS OF BREAD, BOTH ROOM TEMPERATURE. I SUSPECT IT WOULD HAVE BEEN TASTIER IF IT WERE SERVED HOT -- AT LEAST HOT ENOUGH TO MELT BUTTER. WE TRY TO EAT OUT ONCE A WEEK, USUALLY ON SUNDAY NIGHT. WE HAVE OUR FAVORITES, BUT TRY NEW RESTAURANTS FREQUENTLY. I USUALLY EAT STEAK, TUNA OR SALMON, AND MY WIFE EATS A VARIETY OF SEAFOOD, CHICKEN OR A STEAK.

Lousy. Long wait for the waiter to take our order. Long wait for a DRAFT beer. The bread delivered to the table was warm, however the knife was so dull it didnt cut the bread. Long wait for the salads to be delivered. Server did not check back on drinks, did not keep the water filled. The whole staff was too busy to pay attention. Several times different servers walked past with water pitchers and ignored the fact that our waters needed to be refilled. Not surprisingly, the entrees took a long time to be delivered. I had ordered a NY striploin. The steak was under-cooked, I had ordered medium, it was medium-rare. Too much pepper on the steak. My mouth was left burning. Not a surprise the cutlery was dull. the plate moved around the table while I was trying to slice the steak. Dessert was an extremely small portion for the price. In short the service was horrible, the food extremely expensive and poorly prepared. If this is what you like in a restaurant, by all means please waste your money.

I called to make a to-go order over the phone they transferred me 3 times and nobody was answering, so I had to finally tell them that wherever they are transferring me is not answering and I have been being put on hold for 9 minutes. So the guy took my order. They call me back like 5 minutes later saying they are out of mashed potatoes for the night it is 9 oclock and theres supposed to close at 11 p.m. so I was like okay give me something else then. When we get there we had to wait an additional 45 minutes for my one plate of food that I ordered because they put the wrong order in. And then when I got home to eat my food the macaroni and cheese was super dry and tasted horrible. I do not recommend this Longhorn and I am so glad that Homestead is making a Texas Roadhouse and I will be going there from now on. Horrible food and service!

Standard fare for this franchise food was good and steaks cooked as ordered.... what I cannot understand is why they cannot properly manage their staff. There was a 20 plus min plus wait for booth but none for table. So rather than wait we took a table. Then we walked back to be seated and there are dozen open booth. Later we find out this is par for the course for this location. If you visit, plan on a wait for a booth no matter the time of day. Since the management has decided not to hire the backstaff needed to run the location properly. Glad Im not a stock holder anymore...

The service here is an ABSOLUTE JOKE. Every single time I have come (which is only 3), its awful. It started out with both hostesses too busy on the phone to notice me. Then, they sat me at literally the only dirty table in the restaurant. Every other table was set up and ready to go. Not mine. It was dirty and still had the last parties check on the table. There was 50 clean tables to pick from!! Then, it took 7 minutes to put in my drink order. Not sure how this is a Darden concept; but it really sucks! Dont waste your money.

One of our favorite local place near our house, Unfortunately the service and quality has gone downhill and fast. 1. Bread came out smelling like bleach we realized it was the board the bread was served on 2. Food portions look like they have been cut, 3. Food came over spiced i ordered the Flos filet and all i could taste was spices. 4. Food was cold. 5.Food took a long time to get ( which would have been fine if all of the above had not happend!) Overall bad experience! Would not be going back till there is some change.

I have been coming to this restaurant for about 5 years. It is getting really bad. The food has been getting worse and worse. Steaks arent cooked properly and Im sitting here as Im writing this review waiting on 3 plates of food that shouldnt have taken more than 20 min after I ordered and Ive now been waiting an hour for my food. Not a good experience and I will not be coming back anytime soon. To management reading this Figure it out because your losing business.

The four times my family and I ate at that particular restaurant, the service was very poor. Twice we got the same server; what a total disappointment she was. We had to ask for refills everytime, portions of our meals were forgotten in the kitchen, my steak wasnt served the way I had specified. We kept hoping the next visit would be better but unfortunately we were deceived on every single occasion. I will never go there again.

The place was almost empty, but we still had to wait 15 minutes to be seated. The greeters had an attitude when we asked to be seated at a table other than where the assigned us. The service was subpar. The waitress was unfriendly and almost never came by to see what else we wanted. After all this the food was just "ok". Maybe I came on a bad day. I may eventually try this place again, but another location.

waiter brought me wet plates with hair on them.ordered well done got bloody and got frozen broccoli.staff was nice -cook should be fired.not a good experience and it was our first time there.will not return..: ( also we waited 45 minutes to eat.and the waiter was slow took 15 minutes just to get drinks..

The prime rib here is hard to beat. The service is spotty. The first time I came here I had the worst service and swore I would never come back. I was told the prime rib was good here so I came back. I was totally surprised and glad I gave this place a second chance. Service and food were both great!
