Primero que todo, nunca he dado un review a nadie, porque !? Porque prefiero expresar un buen servicio con un buen tip. Dicho eso, este lugar se lo merece! Pésimo servicio, llegamos a las 9:20 y según el anuncio en la web decía happy hour hasta las 10pm, el mesero primero dijo que iba a preguntar si tenía el especial y luego de varios minutos llego y dijo si tenemos el happy hours a pesar que el lugar estaba casi vacío. Ordenamos las bebidas y algo para picar, y fue la ultima vez que vimos al mesero... Nunca se acercó para ver como estaba todo o si necesitábamos mas bebidas, nada ! Y comente a mis amigos que no me sorprendería que hace eso porque ya incluyo el tip en la cuenta! Y no estaba equivocado . Me levante a buscarlo y después de vario minutos llego y nos dio la cuenta! Efectivamente el tip estaba incluido 18% en nuestras cuentas separadas . Llamamos al Manager y nos pregunto como fue el servicio le dijimos pésimo ?? Lo cual respondíamos si...y el mesero nos respondió " no quieren pagar el tip así que te voy a quitar el tip" . Mis amigos estuvieron anteriormente aquí y no se explicaban porque el servicio estaba tan malo,quisimos ordenar algo de la barra, y cuando se percató el Manager que íbamos a ordenar, le dijo a la bartender que no lo hiciera! Que no dan tip ...????? Luego que a mi me cobraron el 18 % y mi amigo luego de quitarle el tip , dejo el 15%.... Jamás volveré a este lugar, los anteriores reviews tienen toda la razón!!!

Vinimos con unos amigos que nos visitaban de españa y se quedaron aterrados de lo prepotente y grosera que era una de las muchachas que nos atendio No me gusto nada el servicio se nos acerco a decirnos que si no comprabamos una botella despues de 10 de la noche teniamos que pararnos de la mesa y cederla a quienes si consumieran una botella demasiado desagradable el trato que le dan a sus clientes no se lo recomiendo a nadie si pudiera darle 0 estrellas a este lugar lo haria el peor servicio que nos han dado

Este lugar es una falta de respeto. Llegué y el señor de la puerta muy amablemente me explicó que en short bermudas no podía entrar. Luego delante de mi dejaron pasar a 3 mujeres que andaban en short a punta de nalga. 1 min después llegaron dos muchachos y uno andaba en short. El mánager Erick salió y le dijo al Security que los dejara pasar que eran amigos. Cuando le pregunté al mánager p q el otro muchacho podía pasar en short y yo no me contestó que allí sólo pasaba el que el quisiera.

Si quieres bailar y pasarla bien definitivamente NO VAYAS a este lugar... Anoche fuy y solo habia musica gaita. Dos horas despues me acerque a la tarina y muy amablemente pregunte que por favor colocaran salsa o algo mas general para poder bailar con mi esposo y la respuesta fue "esto es para Venezolanos no Colombianos" y se echaron a reir eso es RACISMO y aun asi solo habian 2 parejas bailando. Definitivamente no vuelvo ni lo recomiendo. Perdi 45 minutos para poder llegar alla.

DONT GO TO THIS PLACE! EVER! The manager whos name is SEBASTIAN is the worst manager I have ever seen, so I go one night and the waitress asks for my ID to keep the tab going.. at the end of the night after a couple drinks doesnt give it back and of course I did not ask for it.. so I go the next day to get it back and she is not working and I go to the manager for help who tells me without a care that the ID is not in the place, calls her and she says that the ID is with her! So the waitress took MY ID home..... I tell the manager that I need my license that same day and he has the ODASITY to say that it is my fault that I didnt ask the waitress for my ID.. so ended up having to wait from 4 pm until 12 am to get my ID back.. not even a thank you from the waitress. THE WORST PLACE WITH THE WORST MANAGEMENT AND STAFF! Thank you for nothing.

I usually dont leave ratings but I feel its my civil duty to rate this bar. It was a friends birthday so my obligation to come to this bar was out of my control. The birthday girls boyfriend was handed a menu stating that 2 bottles of absolute vodka cost $240. After speaking with the waitress she apologized that the menu that was given was an old menu and the bottle cost $200 for one bottle of absolute. Because they "messed" up they would throw in a free bottle of champagne. This is bar far the biggest jokes of any bar in th area. I will never come to this bar again because it literally is a piece of crap. I read the reviews and I didnt believe the prices but sure enough... I bought three drinks and tab plus the tip they include came out to 50 something bucks.

Terrible experience ever!!! We know that the staff usually alters the bills with prices higher than the ones in the menu, but at the same time they use to fix it as soon as you say "hey, something is wrong with my bill". But this time the waitress Erica and the supposed manager "el chino" they were so unprofessional that I dont have words to describe the unpleasant experience we had because they didnt want to correct 50 dollar extras we never consumed. Manager has no clue about customer service! ***My tip to you is: Go, enjoy the music, dance, but never forget to review your check before signing it.*** I think next time Im going to do what a friend of mine recommended to me... call Erika Carrillos of America Noticias jjj It would be a good reportage.

There are many great Place you can visit besides this one. Their service, price and atmosphere are horrible. Their service slower than some place it and when you give them your ID they wont give it to you unless you ask. The drinks are overprice and what they give is not even good quality, you can find better and cheaper drinks at flaningans. Lastly there astmophere was just off, they choice of music did not apetize the ear of the people dancing sometime and the band that sing do not perform that well to make wanna hit up the dancefloor. The whole time I was there I want it to go. Basically, do not visit this place cuz it doesnt fit the fun style of Miami.

Es un bar puro colombiano....la musica is ok y no ponen bachata....no se poque creo que cada cultura puede aprender de otra....le pregunte al DJ y me dijo que los Baru no ponen bachata....que mal me senti, pero nada para lante...que viva Colombia,,,,ejejejej

If you want to waste your money go there. They charged us $20 to enter and they gave us tickets for drinks. So we ordered our drinks and they were charging us a drink tax at the time we didnt understand what the bartender was telling us. A little bit later we had security on us and our bill came out to $45 for 3 drinks. Which was one mix drink and two shots. What a rip off. So I suggest if you go expect a crowd and dont expect this place to be big. Its not. Very small. The music was good. But the service is terrible. The host and bartenders are rude.
