Awful!!! I wish I could give a -5 stars! Bad drinks, bad service, bad food, and it was hot inside the restaurant. My husband and I ordered 2 Top shelf LITs and the drinks were watered down, it was ridiculous. I feel like they gave us regular alcoholic beverages and charged us at the top shelf prices. For our app we had the spinach dip. We both love spinach dip and unforgivably, it had no flavor. For his main course he had the $20.00 steak and lobster tail meal. He said that the steak had no seasoning or flavor at all. Usually when he eats steak he doesnt need steak sauce. Well he needed it this time to get every piece down his throat. He also said that the menu said that he was supposed to get 2 lobster tails. All they did was split 1 tail down the middle and called it 2! I had the $20.00 Coastal Trio, which consisted of the Lobster tail, Shrimp, and Talopia. Well I only got 3 small skewered shrimp, a split in half lobster tail, same as my husband, which we both had to fight to get out the shell...What did they do to that lobster to make it so tough!? Or were they just serving us old lobster? Whatever the reason, weve never had lobster like that before, and hopefully never will have lobster like that again! Oh, and my Talopia, it was tasteless! No seasoning, flavor, or any goodness what so every! Even the Parmesan crust on the fish was tasteless. I had to use my mashed potatoes to swallow my fish down. Our server was so busy he couldnt remember to bring simple things, like our side Cesar salad which was to be brought out with our main meal; extra napkins, steak sauce, or even the check! The Cesar salad was warm, the lettuces was not crisp and the dressing didnt even taste like Cesar dressing. We felt like we were being held hostage because he kept forgetting to give us our check so we could leave. Lastly, it was hot in there. Usually when patrons SIT in a restaurant its cold, well this place was warm. Just cooler than outside...What, is management trying to save on the electric bill or something? For the price we paid, I feel like they should have paid me to dine at that establishment! This location was by far the worst Ruby Tuesday ever, and it is said to say that because of this experience, we will not ever dine at another Ruby Tuesday again!

On Friday, January 13, 2017 we visited Ruby Tuesdays for dinner in the area of Deerwood Town Center. Unfortunately, we have a very limited choice of restaurants around here. My wife and I frequent this particular Ruby Tuesdays at least three to four times a month. We have noticed over the last few months that the overall cleanliness and quality of food to be diminishing. This Friday pretty much convinced us not to visit this restaurant again. The steak that I ordered was tough, had fat, and basically not edible. The broccoli was cold and not steamed. My wife ordered a Patron Silver Margarita that she returned after just one sip. It did not have enough mix or alcohol for that matter. As we waited for our dinner to come out my wife decided to drink some water, which was brought to her at the same time as the Margarita, thank God that she looked at it before drinking it! It had particles of who knows what floating inside the water. This caused her to gag at the table, inside the restaurant. After that she was very hesitant to eat the food once it was brought out. She kept picking at it trying to look in the food to make sure not to be surprised by anything weird in it. The staff members are friendly and attentive. They should get four stars for their efforts. But as far as the food and drinks are concerned, they should only get one star because of the poor quality and taste.

Hoy fui a almorzar con mi esposo, pedí un salmón para llevar con ensalada. El Salmón no me lo entregaron y era el almuerzo de mi hijo. Al llegar a la casa veo que solo tengo la ensalada... y llamo y me dicen que debo llevar la factura... yo creo que ellos saben que no entregaron un salmón porque les debe sobrar!!! Entonces si yo llamo diciendo que no me lo entregaron es porque es mi salmón! El error es de ellos, y ahora les salí a deber, además que me tocó conseguir otro almuerzo para mí niño, si no llevo la factura pierdo el dinero que pague por el salmón, porque si me lo cobraron !!!

Love getting food for pick up in RT because its fast and convenient. But this one was definite exception. Ordered food 45 minutes in advance and when came to pick it up it wasnt ready so had to wait for another 15 minutes. And it wasnt anything special , just 2 Cobb salads. Didnt get utensils with the order, so I guess we had to eat with bare hands. Salads by themselves didnt really look like Cobb , there were just few pieces of tomato, egg, corn and 2 croutons per dish, no avocado at all, I didnt notice any Parmesan also, or it was hiding under the piece of herb maybe, idk. Here is the image as a proof. Never ever coming back to this location again , definitely needs another management or cook and bartender at least.

Worst ribs you can ever eat I almost thought I was eating the same ribs they sell at publix.I ordered a spinach dip that cost 9$ and I only get a handful of chips and a ton of dip.Bearly any chips and a ton of dip for almost 10$ what a rip off I could of order a burger on the go if I knew the appetizers were small like at fridays.Desert was good and the service too.I definitely recommend eating some where else than to eat over price small serving food.Flannigans has the best ribs so far nothing can beat it.Red robin is the best for burgers.Texas roadhouse is the best for steak.Going to ruby tuesdays and apple bees is a waste of time and money.

Normally I have great experiences here. Bar tenders are friendly and attentive. Food is always excellent or they will make it right. I saw something very disturbing the other night. The guy running the bar was pulling bottles of cheap brown liquor, filling a plastic bottle, pouring that liquor into nicer glass bottles and restocking the shelf! I saw him do this with several bottles of scotch. Worse I saw him top a vodka bottle with water ! Beware drinking mixed drinks ! You might not be getting what you are paying for.

TERRIBLE SERVICE, I ORDERED THE NEW COLOSSAL BURGER AND DIDNT EVEN GET TO EXPERIENCE HOW I WANTED TO, THE BURGER IS SUPPOSE TO BE DOUBLE STACKED, THE SERVER BROUGHT IT BACK MESSED AND TOLD ME I HAD TO STACK IT MYSELF, SO UNPROFESSIONAL. THE COLOSSAL BURGER COMES WITH A KNIFE THRU IT, AND THE ONE SHE GAVE US HAD NO KNIFE, WHEN I ASKED HER FOR IT SHE TOLD ME TO RUN MY OWN KNIFE THROUGH IT, WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!!!! FARID THE FLOOR MANAGER WAS NICE AND VERY HELPFUL!

Dinner took FOREVER. Ordered burger medium, it was way over cooked like charred. My wifes ribs were nasty & they forgot the appetizers. One person in the group hadnt gotten their food when everyone else was done. When we asked why, waiter said it was taking long because the food was frozen. Really? Also the wall paper was pealing off the walls. This place needs a total make over from the staff to the food to the actual building. Its horrible!
