GUYSSS DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE!! READ THIS TO UNDERSTAND WHY... We went on a Saturday night to celebrate my friends birthday and there were not employees..so we called the owner and he said that he was gonna go, he took like an hour and half to get there and my birthday friend was super pissed at them. The owner and the lady that was with him offered us a discount and 7 free drinks for free to compensate the bad time the we had.. but later on the lady brought us a champagne and we asked if it was free because we didnt order it and she said it was free. When we were gonna leave the owner was charging the champagne and the drinks that he offered us for free!! The check was $165 when actually should have been around $90 the max because we took a small room and we order chicken finger and fries. My friend didnt want to pay the check because he was lying and he didnt wanted to call the lady that offered us the champagne for free, so he called the police!!! GUYSSS DONT COME TO THIS PLACE!!!!!

Worst place ever. Horrible service. Horrible drinks. Prices are excessive for the location. Didnt have basic menu items in stock (wings, fries, ect) Do yourself a favor, buy yourself a 6 pack and sing into a brush in your underwear; youre guaranteed to have more fun! (; Lets give one example of my experience: a friend orders a Moscow mule. It didnt taste good and she sent it back. A gentleman came over and asked why it was returned. She explained it didnt taste good. Long story short, his response included, "all the ingredients are in there, it will cost him money now for me to return it, and that I will still pay for it." Anyone can throw a bunch of ingredients into a cup, doesnt mean it will taste good. The discussion of him losing money should be non-existent. Shocked this place has 4 stars! But I see why! This is an Asian karaoke place, have you noticed that all 5 stars are given by people who seem to be friends and family? By the way, the place was empty. Hmmm.. I wonder why.

This is my favorite Karaoke place in Miami. Its conveniently located in a plaza where you can always find plenty of parking spaces. The rooms are all well decorated with various styles. Even the smallest room can fit up to 10 people. All the rooms are cozy and neat. You will also be pleasantly surprised to see the menu. They provide a wide selection of food, snacks and good drinks. I have been to this place many times and I have never had bad experiences. I dont believe I am just spectacularly lucky. The staff and owner have always been respectful and helpful. They are very humble and always appreciate any feedbacks. I am shocked seeing the bad reviews and I wish people were being honest.

From out of town and planned a trip here with some friends. The system you use to pick songs is entirely in Chinese. When you finally figure out where the song are, the selection is limited, assuming you can actually find the song you want to sing in the first place. They also could not get our drinks orders correct. After about an hour my friends left because they were so frustrated. A few of us held out and tried to make the best of it, but in the end I wound up paying $150 for a rather disappointing time.

I went there twice for friends birthdays. They have very unique themed rooms and our favorite is Shanghai. They could decorate the room for you with balloons, flowers, and champagnes. Also, I need to mention their song selection is pretty good. We almost found all the songs we woudl like to sing. Alcohol is inexpensive there. We would definitely recommend La Shangrila for small banquets.

This is a really beautiful place to sing songs. And the songs in here are new whatever songs you want to sing here you can find, such as Chinese, Spanish, English, Korean.Also if you have a birthday here you can get a free Champagne. Last time I got one when I celebrate my birthday here with my friends. The food in here also good, I really like the BBQ here.

AMAZING SOUND SYSTEM!!! AMAZING SONG SELECTIONS!!!! ALWAYS have a blast here. Karaoke is one of my favorite activities and La Shangrila is my favorite place for it. They have beautifully decorated rooms, good pricing, and the staff is always very laid back and helpful. Its not a visit to Miami if you dont go to La Shangrila!!!

We hosted our Churchs volunteer team there and had a BLAST! The Peking Room is spacious, comfortable and the sound system and 3 mics were perfect. Took off one star for food quality vs. price. The service was friendly, attentive and felt like family. We will definitely be hosting other gatherings there!

La Shangrila was awesome! This was the first time I went to there, but wont be the last!!! It is very professional! The equipment was easy to use and worked perfectly. I recommend it without hesitation to anyone who wants to have a fun, and its prices were very reasonable compared to other Karaokes.

We went to this karaoke place last Saturday. My friends and I really having a good time over there, clean and beautiful room, we found all songs we want, and their drinks are amazing. Its most of my American first karaoke experience. They said its better than having fun in the club at Saturday night.

Excellent place. Private rooms and the service very friendly and accommodating! Great place amazing staff owner Jason was very attentive and great help planning my mothers birthday. We all had a blast and great food my moms birthday was a hit thanks la Shangrila and Jason.

I really didnt like the this place I ordered chicken wings they were really bad I didnt even get napkins in addition to that the price was very expensive $30 for 15 chicken wings. The sound system was very loud that you can even hear yourself. I dont recommend this place

Super friendly staff, great music selection and good snacks. Went recently with a large group and we all had an amazing time, cant wait to come back. The machine might be little tricky at first but once you get the hang of song searching, youre fine :)
